    i appreciate all your efforts, and watch most of your vedios. I suggest that in this video plz let people know that honey and warm water is opposite food combination for health according to Ayurveda. So don't use warm or hot water with honey . U can use normal water with honey.

    Yeh msg is bikul sahi hai. I am 59 following this practice for the last 15 -> 16 yrs. Also go to bed @21hrs get up @4am. I work whole day and energetic. No to coffee or tea in a day except hot water ( 365 days ) and lemon pani or coconut water. I am healthy and fine.

    I have been doing it for long. I eat positively by 6 in the evening and then breakfast as usual around 10-11. Gives me a good break for 16 hours. Sometimes if I am not able to take my breakfast at 10 then I take it at 12 noon and then do the dinner directly at 6pm. It helps a lot. You will yourself feel the difference.

    Mai 5-6 bje ke bich hi dinner kr leti hu fir agle din 9-10 ke bich breakfast...yhi routine mai 11th class se follow krti aari huu or ab college ke 3rd year me huu...mera weight maintain rehta hai bina gym ya heavy exercise ke bhi kyuki mujhe time ni mil paata exercise krne ka...or ab to adat ho gyi hai is routine kii😊

Control like it's your son/daughter health is wealth rather spending money on medicine eat fruits nuts and coconut water lemon water no sugar , I have lost 9 kg in one month without exercise and shape of tummy declined and fresh face because fruits are good in antioxidant but beware fruits are less fuiling which can lead to urges of food drink water and other liquid than sugar effect will appear after 3 months . Eat Manny fruits 3 different fruits 4 different nuts and only try pomegranate gauva apple orange etc cashew almond and pista every time and also getting food at 7 pm or before bed before 10 and up morning in 5 or 6 then see effect

    My daily routine since 4-5 years....
    1) wake up at 4 AM, having lukewarm water in sitting position,freshen up, some meditation and exercise, rest for a while,then, have bath with normal water. Not too much hot, not too much cold. ( Time used 4-6 am )
    2) have light breakfast, like, besan chilla, uttapam, health drink or herbal tea. ( No tea/coffee in morning ).
    3) then, lunch with sabji-roti and curd or raita,if I feel hungry,then only, otherwise no need.
    4) have dinner or evening snacks before 7 PM. After 7 PM, I eat nothing, absolutely nothing.
    5) sleep between 9 to 10 PM.

    That’s a great Advice. Often people forget the basics due to a very busy life style. I have been following intermittent fasting lifestyle since last 4 years and along with Cold showers therapy. Our Aryuveda and ancient Indian knowledge is very powerful and I realised that after moving to NZ. I finish my dinner around 7PM and wake up at 5 AM. I take 1 teaspoon of Moringa powder, 1 teaspoon of Triphala powder and 1/2 teaspoon of Turmeric and 1/4 teaspoons of black pepper powder with lukewarm water. Something I have been doing for a while and I have noticed tremendous improvement in my life. Keep up the great work you and your team are doing @fit tuber! All the best 🙏

    सर हमारा फौजी का रूटिंग यह है रात का डिनर।
    0700 pm to 0730pm के बीच हो जाता है।
    0730pm से LATE हुआ तो खाना नहीं मिलता है।
    पहले पहले तो बहुत भूख लगता था। ट्रेनिंग में तो रात को भूख की वजह से रोता था 😂। पर कुछ टाइम बाद यह आदत से बन गया।
    अब फौज में सर्विस करते हुए 16 साल हो गया।
    अब रात को 7:30 pm के बाद खाना खाया नहीं जाता।❤
    I request all the citizens of India to adopt this routine. ❤❤❤
    Eat dinner between 7:00pm and 7:30pm.
    Only then will our India become a healthy India.

    पिछले कुछ सालों से हमारे भारत में ये प्रोब्लम शुरू हुआ है। ये जो आजकल के लोग हैं इन्हें लगता है कि हमें जल्दी खाना नहीं बनना चाहिए नहीं तो जितना जल्दी खाएंगे फिर रात में भूख लग जाएगा।
    वैसे तो पहले हमारे गांवों में शाम के समय ही खाना बनता था , और शाम के समय ही हमारा सारा परिवार खाना खाता भी था। लेकिन न जाने ये हमारे भारतवासी (zen Z) की ओर धीरे-धीरे बढ़ते ही जा रहे हैं।

    मैंने सिर्फ 90 दिन मे घरेलू व्यायाम से और शाम को 4-5 बजे खाना खा कर अपना वजन 78 से 59 kg पर ले आया था पूरे दिन मे सिर्फ 4 रोटी दाल और सब्जी के साथ सुबह भीगे चने और शाम को भुने चने या कच्चा पनीर खाता था फिर मैंने ये सब छोड़ दिया और फिर से 78 kg का हो गया मुझे भरीपन महसूस होने लगा पाचन क्रिया मे भी समस्या सी लगने लगी अब मैं फिर से लगभग 7 दिनों से शाम को 7 बजे के बाद कुछ नही खा रहा अब मैं बेहतर महसूस कर रहा हूँ कुछ दिनों मे फिर से व्यायाम शुरू करूँगा

      @@Ravishivanigupta squats, pushups, , lunges, ये सब 40 मिनट का उसके बाद jumping jacks, plank, mountain climbers सबसे ज्यादा जंपिंग जैक्स करता था हर दिन लास्ट मे 15 to 20 मिनट तक 1 मिनट जंपिंग जैक्स 30 सैकेंड रेस्ट और फिर से जंपिंग जैक्स नाचो-नाचो 🎵 के साथ हफ्ते मे एक दिन रेस्ट उस दिन सुबह उठ कर 5 किलोमीटर का एक लम्बा राउंड फास्ट चल कर चीनी का भी त्याग करना पड़ेगा अगर आपको वजन कम करना है 90 दिन आप ये कर के देखो आप उसके बाद परिणाम देखना

    Main literally bata rha hoon ke main pichhle 2 weeks se Just one time meal leta hoon just lunch. And no proper dish at all. Beyond that I sometimes take some 2 bananas, 2 -3 kababs or something. Aur mera health thoda bhi nhi bigda. Infact pahle se bhi jyada energetic aur fresh feel karta hoon.❤😊

    भाई मैंने एक महीने में 5 किलो वजन कम किया सिर्फ सुबह खाना ना खाकर मैंने दोपहर के भोजन को केवल दाल चावल खाया या शाम को दो चपाती या फिर दाल चावल।
    मेरा वजन 87 किलो था अब 82 किलो है।

    This is so true...
    I was 85kgs and had thyroid related issues and what not my diet was so so bad...
    But from last 1 year I'm having my dinner by 6 (basically as soon as I come back from office shaam ka snacks band kr dia hai mene usi time he dinner kr leti hu ) and sleep by 11 ...I only eat heavy proper nutritional lunch like 2 roti dal sbzi salad and even rice ...other than that my breakfast and dinner are very light
    Trust me you guys mene 15kg to bina exercise ke kam kia hai isi diet se and I walk alot that's it....and feel so much better
