im getting this monitor for my xbox series x, whats the highest hertz the monitor can go up to through a hdmi cable? and is it good for fast paced games?
this might be a dumb question (new to the gaming pc world). if i have a wireless headset for my ps5 which comes with a usb transceiver to connect to my ps5, will that work fine with this monitor? i know that the monitor doesn’t come with any usb ports, so im just making sure it being connected to my ps5 for audio is fine? thanks in advance.
Bro, I have the pulse 3d headset to use with ps5, I got also the same monitor, and it works perfect, Remember that you connect the headset with the console, So you wont have any issue at the moment you are using the monitor
@@deonbhebhe935 overall good, there's definitely some ghosting that took a while to get used to but besides that it's a very pleasing budget monitor, also very nice in dark rooms which is what I'm mostly in

Theirs very few monitors that can do 1ms. I have this monitor, the LG OLED 240hz and gigabyte m32uc. Sometimes I choose to use this Dell for competitive play.
just got this monitor today & its very washed out, had to use windows color calibration to lower the gamma by a lot in order for it to look good. Any idea whats wrong with my unit?
I just bought one today and the guy stated it was 165hz but screen is showing 60hz is it due to the cable being HDMI or what does that consist of I’m clueless
The settings for the refresh rate can be changed. On a windows machine, right-click anywhere on the desktop and select 'Display Settings' in the menu. Scroll down and click on 'Advanced Display.' Then select the setting you want in the dropdown in the 'Choose a refresh rate' section. I hope this helps!
The Dell S3222DGM has a decent response time at the maximum refresh rate (165 Hz). The 'Super Fast' Response Time setting is the best one because it's quicker than 'Fast' and has less overshoot than 'Extreme'.
Speakers can be hooked up to the passthrough headphone port using an AUX cable. To use wireless Bluetooth speakers, you'd pair the speakers directly with the source device, like your computer or laptop, so the monitor would not be involved in transmitting the audio to the speakers.
just bout this last week and its great and I have no complaints for it so far and I use it for my xbox series x and ps5

I have a 2020 macbook and it works so I dont see why it wouldn’t work
I want to by this at my local bestbuy its only 349 there i just dont get why its not 1ms speed when most moniters are 1ms - .5ms for gaming
The difference between 1 and 2 is so miniscule your not going to notice

No, the monitor cannot be connected to a second monitor. Your device (e.g. laptop or PC) would need two video outputs with dual monitor support.

Any speakers with a Headphone jack will work. I use a Sony speaker with an AUX cable.
He can also plug headphones into the controller it plays the sound that way as well
