Hey. The bulb doesn’t just pull out?
So then, how can you turn the bulb holder to pull the bulb out? Only turn partially? Not all the way to the right?

try searching up how to take the whole assembly out. if u don’t find anything try searching up headliner removal. theres a step where they take out that assembly.
