  • Richard Allen is accused of killing teen girls Abigail Williams and Libby German in the #DelphiMurders. Allen maintains his innocence and claims Odinists killed the girls. However, the case has been making recent headlines over interactions between Allen's defense and Judge Frances Gull. Allen's former attorneys, Andrew Baldwin and Brad Rozzi, claim the judge forced them to withdraw from the case during a closed-door meeting. Now, the transcripts of that meeting have been released. #CourtTV breaks it down and reveals what exactly happened.

Stretching it,calling it "facts"...guy one the bridge identified, spoken to and cleared, he was not involved, according to LE in 2019,just after YBG photo released. Libby also never recorded anyone on that phone, if that man wasn't involved, it was all faked to confuse investigators...try and keep up,go back and listen to Doug Carter's monologues!

There is no doubt in my mind that these two precious girls were sacrificed for an occult ritual. No need for proof. There is a spiritual war happening that is kicking in higher gear. We are witnessing this before our eyes. God Almighty, our Creator, has a plan which also onsists of using these two defense attorneys. Evil is real & its here in a deeper force than before. So just as well there are good forces here at work.🔘

Actually, the original PCA against Ron Logan didn’t have a bullet mentioned. The problem was they were going to frame Ron Logan for the murders, but he violated his parole and was not at the location. Houston, we have a problem.
Next On the docket comes Richard Allen, even though he doesn’t fit the bridge guy profile. (I have my doubts if that video is even real)
On The second PCA Tony Liggett lies to the judge to get the bullet introduced. Of course judge Deiner approve the PCA, and then recuses himself. Why you ask? Because he was the judge that presided over Nick Mcleland’s fathers arson case that took the lives of 3 people before he most likely burnt the Flora house out murdering the 4 little girls which may have been discovered by Liberty German.
Her fate was sealed along with her best friends life.
The real gang are the free mason police that used the Odin boys to do their dirty work to cover the real crimes of Nick Mclelands family including Becky Patty used to do the Flora Fire house over inflated Appraisal who just happens to be related to Nick by marriage.

I am former Corrections and hearing that the guards were allowed to wear patches on their uniforms that were not of their department is appalling, alone. That is suspicious as all get out. If we put anything on our uniforms that was not DOC, we'd suffer discipline. Then, to hear what was said about the guards' treatment of him and Allen is extremely concerning. It sounds like excessive force and hostile living situations. This would not be allowed normally. It all screams suspicious. Another department needs to go in and investigate this whole situation in the prison and get Allen out of there. I'm not saying he's not a part of the killings, but he's innocent until proven guilty. But it sounds like he could end up dead before either could be proven. This is all sketchy and dangerous.

Worse than that even is that the first suspect sketch released was NOT the man eyewitnesses saw. That sketch was taken from the video, NOT THE EYEWITNESSES. Which might not sound heinous until you know the video & audio released by police is not part of the video Libby recorded. It came before. Also the audio was spliced. Guys comes AFTER down the hill. Not before. THERE IS A REASON police are not releasing the video. It's because they manipulated the video and the audio. The man that took Abby and Libby per eyewitnesses appeared to be in his twenties. Not only was he seen in the bridge, he was seen "acting strange" on the private land past the bridge. Why aren't police telling that? This whole thing is a set up. The question is why? Maybe the answer has something to do with why Gelaine Maxwell is the only human on earth to be convicted of trafficking to no one. How is that possible? Whom are the debauched that Maxwell trafficked to? How can see be convicted if a crime that supposedly doesn't exist? If the people receiving trafficked don't exist then how were ppl trafficked?

Gross negligence requires a judge to enter findings on the record. Gull has intentionally avoided that because it would bring even more of a spotlight on her. The problem for her, and her partners on the prosecution, is that gross negligence technically never happened if no findings were entered. I don't agree that this alleged killer should be held in prison until he gets his sentence, if he is guilty, because we don't know that to be true, YET. He should be in jail until he receives a sentence. As for the judge, I hope and pray that she is in BIG trouble for doing what she has done. We all want justice, and the law should be followed. Even a judge has to follow the law. This is a disgrace for our justice system.

This judge should be brought up on charges, her station is to follow, not interpret how due process works. Her opinions or narcissistic beliefs, have no place in any court of law. Way too many sitting judges are ignoring written law to their own interpretation of what they say the law means.
She’s compromised the case, she obviously doesn’t understand the law or doesn’t care & she’s attempting to cover her tracks. Remove her from the judiciary process.

I’ve had concerns for a long time. Get this man into a jail environment until trial. He’s deteriorating. He hasn’t been found guilty and he’s never been to jail, let alone prison. It seems unconstitutional. The judge seems to be bordering on misconduct. My heart goes out to those two little girls and their families. The amount of time passed, the confusion… It’s unfair to everyone.

The very same Justices of the same Indiana Supreme Court who are hearing these emergency writs assigned her, that's who, so they all have a dog in this fight concerning their professional, as well as personal, reputations. Judge Frances C. Gull was appointed late last year after the original Carroll County Circuit Court Judge Benjamin A. Diener recused himself due to the "public blood lust" in the case, and good thing too because he definitely wasn't anywhere near qualified for this as a basic attorney/lawyer in a robe, a half-complete Halloween costume, on a small county level, because that's all any of them are, there is no school or qualifications to be a judge, a follower of the law and a finder of fact, not anywhere here in the United States anyhow, just another attorney/lawyer in a robe, no more no less. I'm simply pointing that part of it all out is all, even though you didn't ask.

The most significnt thing I read is the judge told the defense attorneys to return all discovery materials to the state...those are the same discovery materials that the attorneys used to show the police (Liggett) and prosecutor (Mcleland) committed perjury by submitting fraudulent and fabricated witness statements to the court in probable cause arrest affidavit. It's interesting that the judge Francis C. Gull gave the attorneys a week to return the materials. That deadline was 3 days before the scheduled 10/30 Franks hearing on the allegations of fraud and perjury by the police and prosecutor

How are deputies allowed to wear rouge patches on their uniforms. As a 30 year retired law enforcement officer, we were NEVER allowed to attach anything to our uniform unless it was given to us by the department, which is how it should be. If some deputies were wearing these patches, it had to be approved by management either verbally, written, or management overlooked the patches on purpose. It sounds like this whole county has gone rouge, sadly. How can the public and families have faith that they arrested the correct man, seeing the dysfunction in this system.

I didn’t follow the case closely but know someone who does. I was questioning certain aspects after the arrest and before the defense said anything. Mr Allen was questioned by a conservation officer after tipping in that he was on the trails that day. He provided that tip and interview in 2017. Apparently, nothing known to law enforcement raised their suspicions then … so the fact that it took them 6+ years to arrest HIM smacks of some gross incompetence by law enforcement (if Mr Allen is guilty, which I have no reason to suspect).
