Odinism is a skinhead gang that got tired of using Christianity because it's message was too passive. Turn the other cheek. So they now embrace Odin and the "warrior" mentality. They only allow white men to join as full members. Women are allowed, but they are not part of the inner circle.
Also Norwegians as a whole have no respect for them either and deny they have any connection to their heritage. But maybe that’s just because their deadliest terror attack in history was from a citizen who identified as an odinist and murdered 77 people (most under 18) , shot/bombed another 320 people or so?
This is what happens when a first-time prosecutor takes a conflicted Sheriff at his word instead doing the most basic due diligence.
Or when organizations within our leadership roles of elected officials conspire to put their secretive associations amongst themselves and their BS before actually doing what they're supposed to. And it's a real conspiracy.
Hopefully they will finally appoint an experienced special prosceuter ,it should have been done in the first place!!

I worked with a first time prosecutor that almost got a woman k*lled because of her nasty attitude towards victims and her severe inexperience. It was horrible. The woman wound up arrested by protecting herself (no injury occurred) even though she was a domestic violence victim. She was being stalked and harassed (while he was in jail!!!) and she STILL treated the victim like trash.

I also believe Bryan Kohlberger is absolutely innocent regarding the Idaho 4 murders! There’s no way he could stab 4 victims 50+ times on different levels of the home in 8-9 minutes and fight with Ethan! No blood in his car or apartment!!
@@bbe3034 I haven't been following that case. But my sister's friend went to school in PA with him. She said he was a creepy stalker and he followed her around for a while. She said he always freaked her out. She had to get her boyfriend to scare him away.
@@seastar4194Bryan Kohlberger has gotten unbelievably healthy and seems content in Jail. Unlike most innocent people…he’s all good with his trial being delayed until SUMMER 2025!!! An additional year and a half incarcerated.. he has a ton of evidence against him including DNA and unlike this case … no DNA, Fingerprints, hair/fiber or digital evidence against Alan. All they have is an unspent bullet that was found a week after they processed the crime scene.

Not only the interviews being taped over but what about the search warrants for their phones that were not executed? You have to have probable cause for a search warrant. Why?
How about that “lost” recorded interview Dan Dulin conducted with Richard Alan when he volunteered the fact that he was at the trails that day… yet he left at 1:30 pm. Magically that disappeared along with all those other interviews… this is as shady as it gets!!

I'm seriously questioning whether RA is really the killer, or the only killer, or had nothing to do with the crime. So much bizarre stuff has happened in the last 4 months or so. The judge is highly questionable as well as Nick McCleland. I very much want whoever was involved in these horrible murders to be brought to justice. I'm just very, very unsure that it's Richard Allen! Wth is really going on in Delphi, Indiana?

@@CriminalNetwork I read articles that no DNA was confirmed but I have not read one thing on whether or not it was Allen’s DNA. Please link me to the proper source so that I can read that. I do know that the girls recorded more video than what was released and it doesn’t depict or sound like a bunch of cult members.

So Allen's ejected she'll just by coincidence ends up between the 2 bodies? They know he racked the gun on the bridge so that would have chambered a round. It's not too hard to see him doing the act of racking the gun again to gain compliance once at the body location. He was literally the only one seen there that matches bg description. He said he was wearing exactly what bg was wearing before he knew they had him on camera. Also why he didn't mind placing himself on the bridge at the time of the abduction. I mean it's obvious he done it.

@@Jennifermcintyreif it was digital, there are ways to recover everything that has even been in that file. The police does it all the time when people erase their devices before handing them for evidence.
@@lhr8833 ok that’s what you would expect in 2017. But why would the interviews be “recorded over” but from what I understand it wasn’t other interviews that were recorded over it.. just dead air essentially if that makes sense. I can’t think of any innocent excuse for why this would happen

As in this guy reported himself to be in that area the day after the Murders.... and continued living and working in the area .... and NOBODY suspected him? Like the police really think this is the guy they should be EMBARRASSED that it took them 4 years to find a guy who they knew was there in the first place. What the hell have they been doing if not looking into possible suspects known to be in the area?
If these three panelist can’t agree imagine how hard it going to be to convince twelve unless the prosecutor brings a lot more evidence.

I am not saying guilty or not guilty but, evidence should be preserved in an ongoing investigation. I can not fathom under what circumstances in an ongoing investigation that evidence would be recorded over. South African attorney here please let me know if things are different in the US.
And, this isn’t the first time Carrol County investigators had evidence “destroyed”. There is also near-by gas station surveillance video that was destroyed & CC tried to blame it on the FBI. Oh, also, the gas station attendant that was working that day unalived “herself”…
It makes no sense. Defense attorney should've had a copy anyways, and the prosecutors office, too. Vid evidence in a murder trial, isn't just kept at the police dept.
Well when you have 44,000 leads wires are going to get crossed.
They have two sketches that look nothing alike; they have witness statements in the PCA that do not describe the same person; they have a bullet with no proper chain of discovery and we have seen a partial video of a man walking across a bridge (maybe there's more evidence in that we'll have to see) - but what's making me seriously doubt RA is guilty is the fact he's been thrown in prison with a very weak excuse; someone happened to rob the defence lawyers which resulted in them being thrown out (how convenient for the prosecution) and we have interviews that have been taped over. More importantly, we have a judge who is doing what the hell she wants, disregards hearings that are supposed to happen and only seems to care about keeping the prosecution sweet. Oh and RA was arrested just before an election. What a mess of a case that smacks of corruption.
Also they estimate the bridge guy is between 5'6" and 5'10". RA is 5'4".
It’s an absolute NIGHTMARE!! Notice they NEVER brought up any “unspent bullet” in Ron Logan’s probable cause affidavit… why would it be evidence for one suspect of the same crime and not the other?!?! In a 2019 press conference good ol Doug Carter 🤦♀️ said that officially the “young” bridge guy sketch is their suspect.. how the hell do they mix and match that fact?!? And the more I look at Brad Holder.. the more he looks like Bridge Guy, is into Odenism and knew the girls because his son dated one of them. I’d put my money on him long before Alan!

Honestly there’s way too much reasonable doubt here. What was it… just a spent bullet casing in the area is what they took this guy in on? And the girls weren’t even shot?!

It is an unspent round. They say they can proof that it circled through his gun and was ejected. Even their own expert said it's 'highly subjective'.
How messed up would it be that this guy probably went to test a gun where no one would be and then got accused of killing two girls that happened to be in the same area and the girls weren't shot? But what about the DNA under the girl's nails? I heard one of them put up a fight? I just don't see how...he even said he was on the bridge that day and so many years later they have no arrests so why not go after him? I wish I was a fly on the trees

I really do think Richard Allen might be innocent. There's plenty of doubt in this case. I still want to hear these "confessions".
Besides confessing to his mom & wife, he also confessed in town, & that's why they started looking at him again.

The thing is, there is no real justice. These poor young ladies were murdered. They are gone and their ending is horrifying and just unbelievable in the minds of sane human beings. About the only thing that we, as a society, can accomplish is to capture whomever carried out this ghastly event, so no other innocent souls will suffer the same fate.
We hear a lot about closure and justice. To me it’s all kind of ethereal and superficial. The pain that the parents of these kids will endure for the rest of their lives will never have real closure. The fact of the matter is, in their darkest moments, alone at night, the parents, siblings and loved ones will forever feel the fear and panic that these young kids did. All alone with some maniac in the lonely woods. How could you, as a parent, even live with that memory, without thinking that death would be the only way to escape.
They’ve made such a disaster of this case and lost sight of why they are doing this in the first place! I swear the shady things that have happened make me doubt everything the state says.
And then BH posts a picture he painted of Odin hanging upside down from a tree, on his social media. Coincidentally Odin’s leg was positioned very similar to her leg at the crime scene & he posted it on the anniversary of her murder 02/13/18.

There is actually a recording of prosecutor McLeland taking his master Mason oath, it’s on UA-cam. It is very creepy and seems a huge conflict of interest for Law Enforcement to hold allegiances stronger than justice and due process, but here we are!
Unusual too for none of his DNA to be found on the bodies or at the sight.
It's even better because LE confirmed that they found DNA, it's just no match to Richard Allan.
And ZERO digital evidence of knowing the girls, being into Odenism or being at the scene of the crime at the time it occurred.. and he kept all his phones. This has every sign of corruption
@@user-sb7vx8zq7w it’s sounds like they have broken this guy too trying to pin it on him.. and he was living a normal life up until he was arrested working in the shop quite publicly and no one recognized him as the guy in the poster or thought there was even a resemblance not even the people working with him. Looks this he has had a complete mental breakdown with unusual being moved to state prison in harsh conditions without a criminal conviction. They need to move the trial to a different jurisdiction/ state for him to get a fair trail.

I personally believe that RA is innocent, but we don't know until we get to trial, which doesn't seem to be happening. There is something so very wrong in Delphi, in regards to the prosecution and 'loosing/deleting' evidence. Judge Fran Gull should not be on this case as she cannot be fair to the defense, she has proven that again and again. These are simply my opinions and I was happy to see that everything I feel is right up there with what Molly has stated.
So can we say LE absolutely botched this whole case?! Basically.. we’ll never ever know who actually is responsible for killing those 2 girls.
He was there, described his clothes & they match the video, & he confessed of his own accord to his wife & mother.
@@mariatorres9789 He confessed while being held in prison in solitary confinment while enduring Odinist guards abuse, There were a lot of people on the trails that day, but Rick Allen said he left at 1:30. Dan Dulin, the officer who claims RA said he was there between noon and 3 LOST THE AUDIO. He has also lied before and planted evidence Look up Jessie Snider. And as for his clothes, everyone in that area, including the women have blue jackets, blue jeans and boots. Hell, I'm from NJ ad I have a blue jacket, blue jeans and boots.

Well yeah they botched it big time but it's obvious Allen is responsible. He may very well OJ this thing since there seems to be a lot of gullible morons out there that think this was done by some large group yet this large group only sent one person to abduct 2 girls. This isn't under duress, unless you count the duress of him finding out what evidence they have, & freaking out & trying to eat evidence, & calling his wife that very day out of guilt, without anybody interrogating him. He picked up his own iPad & called.
I see appealable errors. From the the judges conduct to this. I understand wanting Justice for Abby and Libby, but if it can all be overturned because of errors or misconduct, it means very little.

The fact that this guy came forward when this happened and there was nothing new that happened before they arrested this guy makes me feel like they don’t have a strong enough case.
They absolutely don’t have a strong case at all. He voluntarily came forward and told them he was on the trails and left at 1:30.. long before the murders (and before anyone knew what time the murders happened). Magically that recorded interview with Dan Dulin disappeared… now we find out all the interviews in the first week/s were “recorded over” including Brad Holder.. an early Person of Interest.. they are manipulating evidence to fix the pathetic case they have.
Plus their only ACTUAL evidence was the fact that his gun and the bullet matched

Regardless of what i think or how i feel about the case, the evidence is mandatory and the process matters for both sides.

Not to mention Dan Dulin recorded that voluntary interview with Richard Alan and POOF that recording disappeared too! All they had was hand written notes which OBVIOUSLY wasn’t impressive enough to get their attention YEARS ago!

DVRs are still used nowadays? Why not have hard copies and digital copies just in case? Very sloppy overall and there's quite a few suspicious things going on in this case. Justice for Libby and Abby.

its easier for cops to manipulate/encourage a witness to a story line then it is to maniuplate/change a video recording of what was actually said. Basically the cops didnt want the defense to know what was actually said in those interviews that were recorded. They just got those witnesses to change thier story and noone will be the wiser.
Anyone insterested in this case can look at the court filings. One thing you will never find is there is no picture of the "bullet" at the crime scene. The defense said the prosecutors refused to provide it. (other way of saying, the cops lied and there never was a bullet at the scene).

After listening to them ask himself why would they "loose" the recordings why would the prosecutor claim to not know the name of the professor??? All of a sudden we have a professor claiming the opposite to what the prosecutor claimed. Hopefully the fbi kept a record with out letting the prosecution know..
The Defense never lost anything. They have to get the evidence from the State. The state is spose to have that info, but based on what has been said some of the evidence was destroyed, never existed, or it was fabricated. The professor doesn't exist, it was made up by the police.

One thing that is important to mention is that 13 yr old Abby’s “boyfriend” was a 19 yr old young adult and the dad of said bf is a well known Odinist in that area. He had the means, motive and opportunity via the victims link to his son. Seems the bf dad could have easily found out via the son where his “gf” was going to be. Too much to ignore here. On another note, Darryl is an idiot! 😂

Ok, just floating this but, what if there were 2 guys there at that time. Bridge guy coming up behind them and then then the guy who says, "Down the hill" is someone TOTALLY different that they approach with bridge buy behind them? You know what i mean? What if Bridge guy was behind them to make sure they walked towards whomever the guy that was talking to them. To me: Bridge guy = Brad Holder, and the voice on the phone sounds just like Patrick Westfall. Something about his voice ...the same tone...sounded like the voice on the phone. But the guy walking's body looks more like Brad Holder. Plus there are photos with Brad Holder with his hands in his pockets just like this guy on the bridge. Just a theory. 🤔

So far these men have done nothing but serve their country and community, as far as you can prove, and this is how you thank them. If you ever left your moms basement and had ever done anything yourself, for your country or community, you would understand what it’s like to read this after knowing what I know. These men are brave men who have faced the enemies of our constitution, they don’t deserve a free pass, they deserve your thanks and appreciation. The more I learn about this case, and ive been following this case from day one, and now interviews are being recorded over, the police have done a terrible job on this case, and judge Gull must absolutely be removed from this case, all the strange things that has happened points towards Richard Allen innocence...

I’m not certain they weren’t directly involved in the early-day interviews - could they even be responsible for using recording equipment wrong?
FBI was involved in the beginning but like many cases the local LE didn’t have them involved for long.
