      I don't believe the murders happened there because if the girls were stabbed you would have screamed an someone would have heard it still to many holes in this stories an that bullet could have been planted there if I was on the jury I couldn't convict him my 8 year old granddaughter was murdered an I learned alot from that when the police are under pressure strange things can happen

      🚩THERE IS ONE HUGE DISCREPANCY REVEALED IN THESE DOCUMENTS WE NEED EXPLAINED! 🚩 The cycled round was allegedly FOUND between their bodies. BUT- these documents state the location of where the round was cycled is up on the BRIDGE, and is heard in full video. So WHY does evidence #1 have conflicting details? I believe Richard Allen is guilty so I want to see a successful prosecution. I’m still worried about the Reno 911 level investigation of the case as a whole, creating holes in the case that the defense can use as means to pick it apart.
      [ “..investigators believe they hear the sound of a gun being cycled and one of the victims mentioning a "gun”. Investigators believe after that time Victim 1 and Victim 2 were removed from the bridge by Richard to where their murders occurred.” ]

      I don't know what it is?
      Maybe it's the similarity of the bush walking tracks/terrain of Idaho and Oz.
      Or maybe it's the fact that teens going camping/walking in the bush is such an Aussie tradition that I can kinda imagine something horrible like this happening in my sleepy town..

      @thepunisher2988 Рік тому +1

      Have you considered the possibility that those girls may have been recording him while poking fun at him and insulting him?
      Why do you think the authorities are refusing to release the entire video? Sure, it may contain the recording of the actual murder, but it may also contain recording of the girls in a less than sympathetic light.
      I'm not trying to defend the guy, but he may have been mentally unstable to begin with, and the girls may have done something to get a reaction out of him.
      Obviously, I can never know, because I wasn't there, but neither were you, so you shouldn't be so quick to assume the girls recorded the video to try to save themselves and others.
      Sure, they are victims of a murder, but that is about as much we can be sure of. They are heroes only in your imagination, and there isn't anything particularly wrong with that, but don't kid yourself that your imaginations make things real.

      @thepunisher2988 Рік тому

      @@clarice3978 Were you there?
      Did you actually witness the crime, and know how it occurred?
      Do you know the girls?
      Do you know Richard Allen personally?
      Again, its your belief against that of others, and what you believe about this case is entirely based on what the media reported and what the authorities released. There is just too much uncertainty to make that kind of conclusion, and it doesn't help to understand the case at all, especially when it hasn't even been tried yet.
      What makes you think your belief is superior to that of others that makes it more alike to reality?
      No, I'm not claiming that what I wrote is what I think occurred, nor did I ever claimed what I wrote to be more likely. I only mentioned it as one of many possible scenarios to make a point about how there is just too much uncertainty to make a credible conclusion at this point.
      If you have a basic level of reading comprehension, you would have understood my point, but I guess you are too arrogant and/or lacking in literacy such that you have to reply with a emotionally driven response.
      You are the type that accuse others of racism and hate crime just because you believe others are being hateful when they say something you don't agree with or understand. Instead of trying to find out why and how, you automatically assume your belief to right.
      You are only going to make a lot of enemies unnecessarily that way, but hey, if it makes you feel better, then it isn't my problem.
      If you unwittingly make an enemy with someone like Richard Allen by talking with your attitude, you might become a target of a crime like this, and that would be tragic.
      Don't get me wrong, when I try to understand a criminal case, I do so try to see if it could have been avoided had anything been different.
      If you like to believe that crimes like this occur just because some people are just evil for no reason and they just do evil things, you should just get used to it, as there is nothing that can be done to prevent evil people from existing and crime like this will just occur once in a while because evil people exist for no reason and they do evil things and that is just part of life I suppose?
      (I know you won't read all this, because you can't, and it doesn't bother me. I'm mainly writing this for other users to read in case they are interested in my response to you reply)

    I was an officer at a super max prison for a couple of years. The lifers that are in and out of prison all the time, are well accustomed to prison life, in fact most people like that flourish in prison. But when you put someone behind bars, especially at his age, that has never experienced anything but complete freedom, it can completely break them, mentally and physically. I've seen it. It's very common for someone like him to commit suicide in prison within the first year or two, especially given his charges, he's living with the knowledge that most inmates would kill him if they had the chance.

    "We're only as sick as our secrets." I love when people quote Bill W. There's so much truth in every recovery slogan. As for Richard Allen - his eyes are dead. He's got that thousand-mile stare. He's seeing his demise for the horror he's committed. Also: when you're a child murderer, you are not going to get courteous treatment in prison. Maybe he knew they liked to walk across the bridge when not in school. He'd seen them there before. He brought his knife and gun "just in case." That's premeditated, I believe. Or: somehow he saw them being dropped off by their parents while driving his car, drove around to the other end, and walked to meet them up ahead.

      Agreed - When this murder trial is done and that evil PoS is locked in the cage he'll die in, the Keystone Cops MUST be held accountable for their disastrous botcheddouble murder investigation!
      Richard Allen wasn't 'hiding in plain sight', as that buffoon Supt Doug Carter claimed - He wasn't hiding at all! He lived and worked a stone's throw from the crime scene, and pretty much gave himself up to a marshal the day after the February 2017 murders, confessing he was there the entire time Libby and Abby were - even on the bridge - wearing the same blue jeans and coat as 'Bridge Guy' on the infamous video.
      Yet police failed to invite Richard Allen in for interview! That didn't happen until October 2022 - almost five years later, following a re-evaluation of the early investigation.
      Richard Allen, a highly dangerous man, has been at liberty all that time, free to kill more females, be they women or children. The police failed to keep the public safe - and failed to deliver justice for two much loved little girls, enjoying a walk at a popular beauty spot, on a fresh Winter's day, as any kid should.

    Initially I was skeptical that Richard Allan was bridge guy, but after reading the released documents I am mostly sure it's him. He put himself on the location at the time the girls were there and even gave accounts of some witnesses that saw him too. Also, I have never heard of someone giving a false confession to family members and not to the police.

    • @Sylvia-rp1xq
      @Sylvia-rp1xq Рік тому +21

      Very true and the craziest thing is that looking at bridge guy video I can clearly make out Allan's face! I think Keagan Kline is way too fat to be bridge guy, but even still its extremely odd that the day his cat fished persona was supposed to meet up with them is the day they were killed. That's just way too much of a coincidence. Also those two pictures that look nothing alike is probably one of the biggest things working for the defense. You just can't help but have reasonable doubt about that and also the fact that he spoke to police in 2017 and literally the police didn't put things together until 6 years later. That's just really bad police work

In a small town of 3,000 people, with two ridiculous composite sketches, tiny titbits of info given out to the public, random cyptic clues from Doug Carter "I watched The Shack last night" Turns out he was right there working in the local (and only) pharmacy all along. the one crime is just a hop and a skip on the highway to get to. actually 2 crimes they are looking into are within driving distance in just a matter of minutes. from what i'm reading on this case, it isn't his first time committing a crime. they need to dig deep. maybe this is why it is taking them nearly 6 years, they want to hang him for all they can at once. DNA and fingerprints. the one court paper said they swabed the area around the spare tire, also the passenger side of his car.. if the girls was in the woods and no reason to move in his car maybe other cases? testing things take time too. DNA labs can be backed up for a long time with all the other crimes. so even if he told them he was in the area that day, they still can't just arrest based on that, they want to have their ducks lined up.
