You know one time my dad had a similar concern that our stuff might get stolen at the beach, so here's what he did:
Went to Walmart and bought a $15 cooler
Bought a Latch
Bought a lock
Screwed the Latch TO the Cooler
and put the lock on.
We then had a reusable, secure cooler that we could put sodas in that would also keep our stuff safely locked away.
Sounds great, but couldn't they just take the cooler with them?

Let’s say that this guy Jordan was serious, In the dish washing hack. Do you see the arch/slump in his upper back, after finishing that unnecessary contraption. Replicating that “life hack” will lead to serious back issues. It looks like it an awkward and uncomfortable stance, for the sake of keeping dry, from washing dishes. Plus, you wouldn’t be able to see what you’re washing, if you covered the entire sink. That “hack” just created extra work. And the sad thing is that there are people who will try it.
And also that if he was serious about it, imagine if there is a knife in the sink, or a sharp kitchen equipment, how can he wash that when he can't see a thing under there?💀
I'm actually worried I might be doing dishes wrong that I don't get myself soaked...
And rip off all of his arm hairs by having his arms moving around under that duct tape.
10:00 I'd just like to point out that the Velcro didn't even work. The torn open pillowcase was stapled to the left blanket, not the right, he just ripped out all the staples.

The Velcro wouldn't work anyway, as it wouldn't separate, it would just pull one side of the Velcro off the fabric (that adhesive is never going to stick to fabric). At least sew the damn thing, or get two duvets (as mentioned by August). August is right, it's ducking irritating. I do wish he had covered some more stupid life hacks though, I enjoyed this video

imagine pulling apart the blanket at 1:27 in the morning, waking up the person sleeping right next to you, and potentially even waking up yourself as you accidentally pulled it apart in your sleep
I love August's commentary because it's genuine input on whichever topic he's covering he has a way of grabbing your attention in a way that's not "clickbaity" which is kinda rare nowadays so keep up the good work August!

Bruh the dishes "hack" tho if I were to walk into someone's house and just see that I would just walk right out of the door. Especially with that nice counter top too they should not be doing that😭😭😭💀💀

The beach one would be entertaining to watch someone frantically searching the beach for their camouflaged toilet seat.
Person 1: "Oh no! Where is my toilet seat safe!? Oh, I think I found it! Thanks God..."
Person 2: "Excuse me sir, I think that's my toilet seat safe. So please stay away."

The bucket hack would be brilliant if you made the entire mould of concrete, used a really soft silicone to seal the lid and made the trowel look more like it was just tossed in there. Would be great to keep a spare key for the back door of the house or something similar.

Imagine a bunch of people are doing the exact same thing at the exact same beach lol.
The beach toilet cooler "safe" idea works if you use an *actual* Igloo cooler and just bury it up to the sides. The sand around the cooler is, coincidentally, very cool, and the cooler will stay cold longer. Just instead of elmer's gluing sand to the top just glue a fake sand mat to it. It doesn't need to be perfect, just avoid sticking out.
you can also just throw a towel over it once it's buried, no need to glue anything
But thieves will notice you doing it

I've been washing dishes for around 40 yrs, and except for a few when I was like 6, I have not had much trouble staying dry

Lol the blanket didn't even come apart at the Velcro, it pulled apart at the staples, so now they have loose staples in the bed
At first I thought the toilet seat was gonna be a base for a sand castle, and the ice was gonna be melted and turned into a decorative pond. That would've been a lot better.

August you should check out the “primitive jungle building” videos. They feature 2 people in the wild building houses and stuff but they are actually fake and use machines. Either way I think it’s still impressive and entertaining regardless of them using machines or not. But it does start to rot once they abandon it and they leave huge messes after, which is bad for the environment. I’d like to see your thoughts on it

Saw the sand one and was like oh yeah, you accidentally forget and brought glass bottles to the beach, now they're hidden from the cops and cushioned to not break. Then he said thieves and yeah no lol 2 kinds of thieves on the beach, the planner watching you befor you ever pick a spot, and the opportunist that sees you open that as they walk by does a quick swipe and go.
Our money is already basically useless, but exponentially so when the "banks collapse". That dude has a better chance of survival using that bucket to hold water. 😂

For the first video, you can buy a cooling box (that does keep the ice long well) with a locker on. Way cheaper then a whole toiletseat and wasting a shirt... 🤦♀️

I've always said the same thing, its impressive that people even come up with this stuff. There's hundreds of channels pumping out "life hacks" all of them are garbage but it's all so creative. Like why make this bullcrap and not go literally invent new products or like August said "literally ANYTHING else"
