You aren't actually given the legal rights to the land, so you're not technically a Lord. Plus, while the company owns the land, their main office is in China, so the profits aren't actually going into the Scottish economy. Whether they actually DO maintain the land with the money and plant trees as such, I don't know, although considering they've lied about the rest of it, I'd not be surprised if that was bunk too :(

I legitimately want to figure out the psychology behind people doing cringe content, what goes through their minds when doing it? What possessed them to do it in the first place? What do they think people will think of them, or do they care? Do they even half self awareness or are they just blank and act purely on impulse with no thoughts or internal monologues? How will they look on their cringe stuff they did in their teens and early 20s when they are in their 30s or 40s?
I feel like it's safe to say now that Established Titles is a scam. I can't blame anyone from the past for accepting the sponsorships because it wasn't an obvious scam, but yeah. Anyone watching this in the future, Established Titles isn't legitimate, don't get scammed.

The disappointment of their parents must be enormous. But cringe is still 1000 times better than fakers. Ie the people that claim they have debilitating afflictions that destroy peoples life (that actually have it). It's crazy how early children watch TikTok. My daughter is 10 and her friends watch it and she tells me how bad it is that they just watch TikTok. My daughter has been raised on a lot of property and thank goodness prefers running in the yard and climbing trees. She's always disappointed when kids don't want to play imagination games but would rather watch UA-cam or TikTok. It's sad for children honestly they aren't getting a genuine childhood.
