Just emptied a half full water dispenser jug of change and am in the process of separating, sorting, and classifying about 5++ pounds of change. Your videos are such a great reference and I appreciate so much all you two do. J & Mrs Bee are the best on UA-cam when it come to my coin referencing and research hands down. Wish me luck.
My husband and I have been keeping change for 50 years. I currently have 2 -5 gallon water jugs full. I started going through these 1 month ago. Needless to say I'm in over my head . I'm trying to find out everything I can about coins. I really love the way you teach us.
Hope you found a suitable sorting system. Especially for Lincoln pennies w/it'swide range of varieties, errors & metal compositions, not to mention reverse images
3 I'm new to coin hunting and I really really really love the circulation videos because I think that applies to a lot of people thank you so much for your effort
We went to Laughlin (Harrahs Casino) over the weekend and I have a jar of change that I was going to take, bc its free to do so but the collector in me, told me not to. So I will be going through it this week.
Congratulations on hitting year 10. I have been subscribed for almost 3 yrs now. I have always loved the knowledge you share with the family. The GAW are just a bonus.😊 Happy Holidays😇
I found a brand new 53 Wheat in a current roll of pennies yesterday. People are out there taking Grandpa's coffee can of pennies to the CoinStar. I find old wheats in almost every roll lately. I buy the $25 box of pennies from my bank. I'm not a collector, just hoping to pay off my mortgage with a penny someday 😂
Pretty cool Contant I saw something the other day about the 1943 pennies I have several of the Lincoln sets and I have a total of six of the 1943 steel Pennie’s
And on the back where it says America that is definitely really thick I also have a few other coins but I don't know I live in Tennessee and don't know nobody I can trust to even take a look at them
I've got two 1992 Close AM in really decent condition. Should I get them graded and then send them in for action at heritage? I'm new to coin collecting so any advice to help me make money would be awesome.
I found a 1943 copper penny in 2006, 2008. I can’t tell if it’s a 6 or 8 on the bottle date, I showed my wife and later my dad because I’ve heard about them my whole life growing up. I looked it up online and it said .23 cents so I put it into a medicine bottle. Then in 2022 I realized what I had after I really researched it and I looked and found my medicine bottle and I had put several other wheat pennies in the bottle along the way. We’ll it’s not there of course. My dad went and bought me a lock key box and there’s where I stored it. I’m still holding out hope I will find it again.
YES, YES, I HAD A 2001 SILVER MERCURY STANDING LIBERTY HEAD NICKEL - WORTH A FORTUNE I AM TOLD - I PUT IT IN THE SOAP DISH, NOW IT IS GONE - OH WELL!!!!!!!
I’m so confused. I watched your video this morning saying to look for 1996 close AM and I found about 10-15 of Them in my change jars but I did more research and some sites say the 1996 WIDE AM is the one worth money. Can you clarifying??
I subscribed and joined in the last week as I love and appreciate what I have learned from you. I have quarts full of coins to go through. I have found quite a few in my first quart that I have found. This sounds so naive but now where do I go? What do I do? Do I have to have each coin graded before I list each coin? I would appreciate any help you can give.
Watched with anticipation, sadly nary. I still have 4 from 1968 and 67. I have always joked they will make me a million as the Australian dollar goes down .
😂 I have been setting the close AM 92s off to the side looking for the wide AMs. I have about 12 close AMs in very nice condition. Thanks for the info.
I must ask you if you understand that the close AM' '92 is the rare valuable one to seek after ? I have found dozens of wide '92 "A M" ; but not one close '92 "AM" .. yet!
Are you ever gonna address the fact that you were wrong about the 1996 penny? 1996 Penny’s were struck with Close AM. It is the WIDE AM that is the rare variety
So I’m one to always look out for pennies out on the road came across one with heads! Came home and just wanted to take a look at what years I had the oldest year is a 37, three 72, and a 69
I just need to know where to find out where i can find out where i can get them checked to see if i have any that's worth anything i do have some 1971& 1972 & 1969 coins
I found in my change some wheat pennies one I checked with a magnet to 1943 I'm just wondering the value that I may get for it or I have some a lot of pennies that I see that's on the web as for what I'm watching just some more info on maybe how I can get the graded tover my phone and where do I go to find out what I can do and with it I'm new at this so I don't want to do something that might not be the right way to do it or just asking
What do you actually do to protect yourself when you find a valuable penny?? I've got a few 1955. Haven't been circulated since the vietnam war. My stepdad gave them to me. Who do I send them to be registered? Or??? Thank you. If I go to a coin/collector shop will I just be lied to? I have alot of older W H pennies too that front and back don't line up when turning them over..errors etc. All from my stepdads batch of coins. I think he forgot why he even had them. I have a 1926 1921. Older even. A magicians coin ( double tails coin) stuff like that.
Hi JB I need your help im soooo confused on the 1996 D Close Am as you and only a few other videos say that the 1996 D CLOSE AM is RARE when most say its normal as that year IS TO BE the close AM. I also watched another video saying the 1996 D Close AM is extremely rare and in high grades can be worth ALOT. I have these in my collection and a few in high grade. So are they rare or common??
I have 2 1943 Silver pennies - wrong metal, lol! - good luck! You used to be able to find them a lot. Then, they announced the value everywhere and now you can’t find them!
Tell me because I'm new to the coin collecting and I want to know if I feel I have majority of these coins in top grade condition. What would be my next step in getting the best price in selling them I have so many wheat red and red brown from 99 to 1909 top condition
What's the name and contact info for the guy you mentioned validates new found errors. Webster or Weller. Or wexler. Something. I have a penny with a cool error
P right now I was checking my change when you were saying that about the nineteen seventy-two and I have a lot of 70 pennies but what I ended up finding was the 1996 close am the back of it is beautiful good really good condition but the front of it is not in good condition
Ok this can’t be right. I just found four 1996 ‘D’ One Cent pennies with the close “AM” - in my penny jar. Also, it seems like like all my 1992-97 ‘D’ Pennie’s have the close “AM” too. So why is that?

Im such a newb that i dont know what to do NEXT! I cannot afford to have my stash graded....so...im virtually STUCK!!
