5:46 the bottom tree super skate can be used on both trees, not just bottom. also as everyone in this comment section has probably mentioned, you can also skate with heat rises but what they fail to mention is that it must be done on strafe glide, it does not work on burst glide. Heat rises skate is: use heat rises, jump, glide, dash, hit ground, jump, glide dash, hit ground, keep momentum until cooldown gone, repeat
I wanna add 2 more skates to the list 1: using heat rises you can get a pretty similar skate to the super skate. how to do is you pop heat rises, jump, icarus dash, as soon as you hit the ground jump again followed by another icarus dash and now just keep double jumping like in the super skate shown in the video untill you get your dashes back and repeat the first part or untill heat rises runs out 2: there's a different super skate where you use top tree dawn and instead of just doing the double jump you add an icarus dash after the double jump as soon as possible. This skate is so fast id reccomend trying it out at the most bottom part of europa (beyond) Any questions? feel free to ask and overall great guide sweat keep up the good content

Good guide for beginners, I think that after you've mastered all of these basic tech's, it's best to move onto -Nova Warp skating -Heat Rises skating -Sparrow Flying/Slip Streaming (not warlock exclusive) -Middle Tree arc team movement boost -Head bumping -Pheonix Dive Launching -Other class movement (i.e Titan Sword FLying, Hunter Worldline, Tether Boosting, etc.) there's defenintly a few things I know i'm missing, so make sure to do some exploring of your own
The strafe glide skating technique also can be used on top tree dawn, as well as when you have heat rises active! You have to do it different but there are many short vids explaining it perfectly
Lower mobility doesn't effect warlock skating. (It does but only a ms or 2 difference) Only titan skating. You cancel your jump by sword swiping so how would it effect it
Fun Fact, you can Icarus Dash in other subclasses, you just need to switch classes while heat rises in effect, then you have a single dash that can be used before death

Just slide under the elevator after you break the crystals You'll get a joining allies It puts you at the next stage, same happens when you die between elevators moving
I found that using a sparrow with stabilisers you can brake and it will increase it’s turning speed but slow you down so you gotta have some momentum before that and it will launch you
Hard but not really hard Took my a couple tries to get it down Was so on point I kept killing myself because the timing was too good lol But yea after a few minutes I got it The raid sparrow AoT is good for it but any sparrow works, it's more about braking into the turn then whipping off Careful not to nade yourself like I did a couple times lol
double tapping the sideways movement button (A or D on pc) will dodge the sparrow sideways, you do this just after you climb off so the sparrow smacks into yourself

I'm pretty sure Dawnblade skating works with both bottom and top tree. All you need for Dawnblade skate is Strafe Glide.
