ചീര പരിപ്പ് ഒഴിച്ചു കറി||Kerala Style Nadan Dal-Spinach Curry || Eps no:215

Authentic Kerala Dishes with my personal Touch 😍
Ingredients
Toor Dal-1/2cup
Grated Coconut-handfull
Spinach-handfull
Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
Chilli Powder-1/2tsp
Water-11/2cup
Salt-
Mustard seeds-1/2tsp
Dry red chlli-2
Coconut Oil-1tbsp
Method
Soak dal for 10 minutes then wash well.
Cook along with turmeric powder,chillipowder ,salt and water for 1 whistle in medium flame ..
When done add spinach and mix ..
Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the raw taste of the spinach goes ..
Now add ground coconut paste and mix..
Boil well for 2minutes ..
Then add seasonings and close for 5 minutes ..
Check the salt ..
If u feel the curry to be thick when cools down ,u can add 1/4 glass of boiled water and boil well..
So the tasty easy dal spinach curry is ready to serve ...
Serve with rice ,pappad,pickle
