Dress എടുത്തു trial റൂമിൽ നിന്ന് കണ്ണ് നിറഞ്ഞിട്ടുണ്ട്... ഒന്നും പാകമാവുന്നില്ല.... അവിടെ നിന്ന് ഒരു challenge ആയി എടുത്തു 18 kg ഞാൻ കുറച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്...1 year എടുത്തിട്ടാണ് കുറച്ചതു... ഇപ്പൊ നന്നായി maintain ചെയ്തു പോകുന്നു...
Drink plenty of water
Sleep well ( min 8 hr)
Avoid sugar and over fried items
Try to avoid junk foods
Always stay active and productive
Balanced diet with proper proportion
Finish ur dinner before 7 pm
എല്ലാത്തിലും ഉപരി happy ആയിട്ട് cool ആയിട്ട് ഇരിക്കുക.... പതുകെ കുറഞ്ഞാൽ മതി...മറ്റുള്ളവരെ കാണിക്കാൻ അല്ല നമ്മുടെ bodyk വേണ്ടി ആണ്.. ❤

ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ വീണച്ചേച്ചി, എടുത്ത diet മുഴുവനായി പറയാതെ ഇരുന്നത് നന്നായി എന്ന് തോന്നി.കാരണം ചേച്ചിയെ ഇഷ്ടം ഉള്ളതുകൊണ്ട് തന്നെ കൂടുതൽ പേരും അതിന്റ പുറകേ പോകും. അത് ചേച്ചിയോടുള്ള ഇഷ്ടം കൊണ്ട് മാത്രം ആണ്.പക്ഷേ അത് എല്ലാവർക്കും നന്നാവണം എന്നില്ലല്ലോ!ആ ഒരു ചിന്ത ആണ് ഈ വീഡിയോയിൽ ഞാൻ ചേച്ചിയിൽ കണ്ടത് 🤗🙏.ശെരിക്കും നമ്മൾ തന്നെ ആണ് നമ്മുടെ diet പ്ലാൻ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത്. കുറച്ച്അധികം ആൾക്കാരും മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ രീതികൾ ഒന്ന് അറിയണം എന്നേ ഉള്ളൂ. അത് തുടരുന്നവർ കുറവായിരിക്കും. അത്രമാത്രം.നമ്മുടെ ഓരോരുത്തരുടെയും ജീവിതത്തിൽ 6മാസം ആകുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ നമ്മളെ ശീലിപ്പിച്ചു പോരുന്ന വലിയ വികാരം ആണ് ചോറ്. നമ്മൾ വളരുന്നതോടൊപ്പം മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ ശീലിപ്പിക്കൽ മാറി അത് അത് നമ്മുടെ ശീലമായി മാറി കഴിയും. ആ ഒരു ശീലത്തെ പെട്ടെന്ന് മാറ്റാൻ നമ്മുക്ക് സാധിക്കില്ല.അതുപോലെ മറ്റ് ഭക്ഷണ ശീലങ്ങളും.
പ്രത്യേകിച്ചു വീണ ചേച്ചിയുടെ ചാനൽ പോലെ നിരവധി കൊതിപ്പിക്കുന്ന ചാനൽ ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ കറികൾക്ക്😋 ഒന്നും ഒരു ക്ഷാമവും ഇല്ല.അതും പോരാഞ്ഞിട്ട് ഭക്ഷണത്തിന്റെ ഭംഗിയും, മണവും, രുചിയും ഒക്കെ ഒക്കെ നിറഞ്ഞ വീഡിയോയും കൂടെ ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ നമ്മൾ എടുക്കുന്ന diet പ്ലാനുകളുടെ കണക്കുകൾക്ക് കാൽക്യൂലേറ്റർ പോലും തോറ്റു മടങ്ങി ചരിത്രം ആണ് നമ്മുക്ക് പറയാൻ ഉള്ളത്.😂

അധികം കഴിക്കില്ല. എന്നാലും ആ കഴിക്കുന്നത് കുറയ്ക്കാന്‍ തോന്നില്ല എനിക്കും 🤭
75 kg ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു May maasam. ഇപ്പൊ 70 ആയി. നടത്തം ആണ് എനിക്കും പറ്റുള്ളൂ. 6-7 km നടക്കും. 8000il കൂടുതൽ steps കിട്ടും .2021 May maasam 65 ആക്കിയത് ആയിരുന്നു. അതിനു മുമ്പ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന 75. പിന്നെ നടത്തം നിര്‍ത്തി.weight കൂടി 😛

@@dianj9705 I don't know dear bt still...exclusive breast feeding for 6months and also reducing the amount of rice bt no exercise at all but I was always bc with my baby... I have consumed lemon n honey water early morning in empty stomach but it only increase metabolism nothing more and maintaining gaps between meals(like intermittent fasting) not purposefully but situations do..
