I don't know if you listen to classical music but it hasn't failed me yet. You can work out, read, sleep, basically a lot while listening to classical music. If that doesn't work I've recently been loving lo-fi.
Have you considered working at odd jobs like retail or hospitality while waiting for your next big job? That way you can keep yourself preoccupied and not have any negative thoughts. Besides you can also earn some cash, which is much better than binge eating or lying in bed all day.
You can try the books "Cracking the Coding Interview by Gayle Laakmann McDowell" , "Coding Interviews by He, Harry" and "Elements of Programming Interviews in Python By Adnan Aziz, Tsung-Hsien Lee, Amit Prakash". These will help to crack 90% of tech interviews.
