How can we be excited for something we don't have?? At this point the excitement has gone away after seeing countless videos of a feature not available, and yall playing with our emotions. 😒
Oh lord another teaser vid. How many times we have to watch someone else . We are producers we are hands on. I’m a chef I don’t want to sit up and watch someone else cook with ingredients I can’t get my hands on.
I’m sure there will be hundreds of people still asking how to use stems when it’s released. And they always get the same answer ‘UA-cam’ it never gets old. 😂
EXACTLY!! And with the additional delay, the standalone version should drop at the same time now that the desktop version does!! Because remember at one point they were saying standalone would drop later. So again at this point they should drop together!!👊🏾💯
@@Sinosure Boy im so glad to see someone else feel the same way i do! Thx 🙏🏾 for that @Sinosure 👊🏾🎹 with all this extra wait time it only makes sense for the standalone to drop as well!
The AKAI Force user interface is SOOOOO much simpler, I get so confused with Programs on this platform. Its one of the reasons I sold my MPCX, just couldn't work with the workflow on MPC's
The official web page states that MPC Stems will be released in March. Well there are only 8 days left in the month. Is Akai waiting until March 31st to release it or will it's release be pushed back to beyond March?
What is a good way to make a drum program using the chops of multiple stem layers combined? For example, first I use stems to remove vocals from a sample. Next I want to chop all that remains (without vocals) and convert that into a drum program where each pad is a chop containing the bass, drum and other layers stacked together. I know manually assigning multiple samples to individual pads can work, but is there a faster way to do it?
This is great. I’m here for this to drop in standalone mode! Did Andy say when AKAI will be bringing out an AKAI “professional” MPC with professional converters? Or should they send all of there MPCs to Black Lion for them to do the work for them? E-A-S…ey Just love my MPC and I’m ready for STEMS!
It's cool for any musician that can't think of a chord progression or anything beyond 8 quarter notes. I hope melody and chord progressions come back in favor someday...
Incredible option to have at your disposal. I’m assuming by updating the software on my MPC ONE, I can do the same right? I’m still buying the keys but is the update good for all of the MPC’s?
Would be great to understand how to connect a Roland Integra 7 to the key 37 so that all of the Integra sounds can be played and added to a project with a MIDI track. Tried USB connection but just getting 1 sound playing from the Integra even when flicking through sounds.. Tried to connect via MIDI in/out but can’t hear any audio feedback within the key 37.. Not sure what so the best way and how to do that..?
I am new to this I have A MPC live When I go to program edit My screen does not look like your manipulating stems within your sample I don't see where I can tune in and out each stem what i'm I doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
steams this quality in real time is just going to the moon for the second time,upss... perhaps the first.hahaha depend what conspiracy one's part of.i come from an old breed of house producers .In the 90s those samplers where the most precious thing we had back then. My first sampler was a Roland w30,then Roland S 750 a real monster, than Emu 64 ,Akai 6000 and many more ,u name it.I did them all.Mpc 3000,Mpc 60,pmc 2000xl,Linn Drum 909,808,and so on........BuT this is just a dream..I?v always wondered . will I get to see this in my life time? this is a new era. an era of "Audio Revolution".I can't wait to get my self 1 of this beauty and unleash the beast.
Like others I am excited for this to come to standalone. It’s not like you can’t do this already (by using stems from an external source). The selling point is the convenience of having it all contained that will improve the efficiency of workflow/process.
Can anybody help me out? I’m thinking of buying this but I’m not sure cause it’s a big investment. I have the Juno DS and I love its features, is this akai able to do everything the Juno DS does?
Yo. Fire for sure. So my question is I have a Roland Fa06 and use it for the 16 track seq. I have been thinking of something like this. The APC what are your thoughts on my trading my Fa for the APC? Thanks. Holla at your boy Valentino
wen he says now we step left to get the bass and the vocals, it just moves the start of each chop for me camera cuts away at the most important moment of the entire video
To be fair the title says "Demo and Overview" sorry if you we're expecting more. He still could've gave some sort of drop time like the a season or something.
As a Native Instruments Maschine user, I can't wait to throw my MK2 in the garbage and grab this mofo...I literally just found out about the Key 37 about 2 weeks ago. I had seen the 61 but was hesitant to grab cuz the shit is just huge honestly. I'm a BIG fan of a SMALL footprint. This is now my dream unit. I should be able to grab one after the holidays since I kinda made other promises already, but when I do...
This is NOT a STANDALONE work mode, this is Controller Mode, which means we are yet again connected to the computer. The sound you hear is either coming from the MPC audio card or it is whatever audio card the computer has connected to it. These stems are ALSO not going to sound the same when you take the stems back into the Standalone mode. You can do all this stems and superior quality with emphasis on any particular stem in Cubase for over 5 years. Aka is basically a software company now selling plastic midi controllers, if so, then fix the software and make it DAW and lets end this game. You are not going to fix the CONVERTERS, you are not going to make Standalone unit, so we can get away from the computer, the guy who runs this company just purchased Moog, they gone destroy that as well. Mr. Emu please make a sampler for the sampling community that we can take it on the road, the SP-1200 is little to heavy. Thank You.
with EQ, you can separate sounds. Stems will make it cleaner and it is obviously easier. Looking forward to the Akai version, I live in standalone. PATIENCE is what I keep saying to myself,
What is the most exciting MPC Stems feature? Let us know in the comments!🎹🎵
I'll let you know when stems finally gets released in nevuary😐😑🤣
How can we be excited for something we don't have??
At this point the excitement has gone away after seeing countless videos of a feature not available, and yall playing with our emotions. 😒
I think Being able to rip vocals is an plus from my prospective 👍🏾💙❤👏🏾 excited to see if it's better then fl studio stems 🫡👍🏾🫡
So they still didn't say when it is coming smh

FACTS 100% I'm willing to buy the feature....
Me too
Take my hard cold 💰 cash
It's the "Oh lord" part for me,😂😂😂😂 that goes about to show we're really desperate for stems like our lives depend on it.😂😅
Dude we know how stems work...when is it dropping Andy?
A release would definitely be the most exciting feature.
🤣😂
One of the best musical purchases I’ve ever made. What a fantastic device.
How many times yall gon break this shit down before releasing it bruh. We don’t need no more demonstrations just drop it already… tf
I’m sure there will be hundreds of people still asking how to use stems when it’s released. And they always get the same answer ‘UA-cam’ it never gets old. 😂
Haha 😂
😂😂😂
Facts, they dragging this sh*t at this point.
I was just going to write this same thing. They playing games. Getting on my nerves at this point.
When it available?
Sickest feature of Stems: REAL TIME STEM PART REMOVAL AND ADDITION WHILE IN PLAY!!
This better be released for standalone. That’s all ima say.
Akai really knows how to test people's patience.
R.I.P DILLA We miss a great one..
Just be sure to also drop it for standalone when y’all do finally drop it! Not everyone uses a DAW! A lot of us are completely standalone!

Yes sir buddy!! I'm with you!! I love standalone!! I mix in the box as well!! I need to get Flavor Pro with the Stems bruh & it's on!!
Bro tell them! I use a daw but don’t want to be restricted. They will eventually stop making software updates so you get stuck
Hope that with the delay of the release it will be there for standalone day 1
( if i understood it correct the plan to release it was february )
Andy is the goat 🐐
More Andy please 🙏
Meant to be coming out in March. It’s the 8th and we still don’t have an actual date
Why mines don't have the stems in it?
It's not available yet, but it will be this month for software and later this year for standalone hopefully. 🤞🏿
Just saw a IG reel from Andy Mac on IG saying the wait is nearly over about mpc stems so we're close to the release date i guess.

Stems was rumored to have been released on March 1, 2024. Um, it's March 7th. LOL! Okay, okay, I can't wait!!
Dropping samples in Audacity in controller mode to get stems done and back into the software. Would love the built in thing...

Why making Videos about Features not aviable ???? Was Akai sold to Behringer ???
Does STEMS work on mpc standalone already?
Looking forward to stems Brother Andy !!
9:18 This part is mind blowing! 16 levels to create a new melodic phrase from a stem

To be fair they working hard to make sure it's good 👍🏾
I understand but wtf is it coming out with a confirmed date and stop teasing us for the one million time already???
Make sure it’s good? They have made 1,000,000 videos with it working though?

last week of march coming and still no date lol
Until the release, just use serato stems and import back into your MPC.🤔

WTF is Stems coming out so that we can EVALUATE it?????
Release it or I need a refund on my mpc 37 only reason I bought it
stop cuttin short the sample processin part of the vid.. we need to see how long it takes.. smh.. 🤦♂🤦♀🤦
Why would we need to see that?
It approx takes close to 10-15 seconds for a stereo 8 second sample. That is for controller mode. For standalone it might be longer
will somebody tell this old dude serato has had stems out for a while #this dude is old as hell
We Need Stems Now. Enough with tease Video's to by time 😡
STOP PROMOTING AND RELEASE IT ALREADY!
No matter who does an MPC turtorial on whatever style MPC, they all make the same...damn...style...beat.
I appreciate you Akai don’t just put out some BS drop it when it’s ready
BRO !!!!!! WHERE THE HELL IS THE STEMS?!!!!!!!!!!! WHY ARE YOU STILL TALKING TO US ABOUT THIS? YOU BUYING TIME. BRING IT OR SHUT ABOUT IT.
Yeah this is getting annoying just release the damn update already.
We ain't trying to hear this no more. Wtf is the software 😒
