    Annie, I just loved this workout. I would love another with the heavy and light weights. Awesome. For a 10 minute workout, I was breathing hard 😀👍

    Im 56 and I love, love, love your workouts, they give me a push, but they are very doable, so I feel like I've achieved a goal every day

    Annie, I love this arm workout! I am 62 years old. I used 8 pound and 2 pound weights. I was able to keep up and finish, but I was definitely challenged. My arms feel a bit like water right now. LOL! I am going to be so sore tomorrow! Thanks for a great workout.

      Wow, that is amazing arm strength! Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 pound dumbbells but could not even reach 6 minutes in the video as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I could be strong and muscular as all the women here!

    I love Annie's workouts. I found her channel during the 2020 COVID confinements ( here in France ), I started with the 2lb weights, and my friends really noticed the difference. I've now moved up to this exercise with a heavier weight. I can't do 12lbs yet, I'm still on 7lbs..but whoo-boy ! Do what you can - every time you work out you are closer to your goal !

    Loved this workout. Used 4kg weights but realised I can go heavier which is a great surprise as when I started following you I struggled with 1.5kg.

    Somehow I missed this one four months ago so it’s the first time I’m doing it. I don’t have heavier weights, so I did it all at 5 pounds and that worked pretty well for me- i was breathing hard. Thanks.

    Loved this workout - more so loved the heavier weights. Didn’t have the lighter weights of 2lbs so had to use 4lbs and my arms and shoulders and burning. Best video yet for me - but love all of your videos 😊😊

    Is it sad that my heavy is only 3 pounds? I started arm toning in April and am just graduating up to 3 and 5 pounds occasionally... love these videos and the positive motivation!

    I surprised myself and did it with heavy weights....thanks for push. Also did HIIT fir 4th time in a week...need more but not bad for 60 something!!!!🙄😉🤣

    Question I only have one 15b weight so I did one arm with the weight then the other arm for the biceps curl and something else.

    I liked this workout-but I felt you were going too fast for me with the heavier weights. I finished the workout, but I had to pause it so I was lifting heavier but safer

      Next time I’ll take it at a slower pace. I totally understand. I love quick so I can keep my heart rate up!

    Hey Annie,
    Question - I’m lifting 10 pounds each arm but I dont think my legs are strong enough because my knee caps are hurting! Any advice?

      Drop the weight by a pound or 2 and make sure you are bending your knees slightly while lifting

    Pace is too fast for such heavy weights, this could be a 15 min video instead with slightly slower reps & maybe 10 sec. pauses between the reps.
