Annie, I love this arm workout! I am 62 years old. I used 8 pound and 2 pound weights. I was able to keep up and finish, but I was definitely challenged. My arms feel a bit like water right now. LOL! I am going to be so sore tomorrow! Thanks for a great workout.

Wow, that is amazing arm strength! Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 pound dumbbells but could not even reach 6 minutes in the video as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I could be strong and muscular as all the women here!
I love Annie's workouts. I found her channel during the 2020 COVID confinements ( here in France ), I started with the 2lb weights, and my friends really noticed the difference. I've now moved up to this exercise with a heavier weight. I can't do 12lbs yet, I'm still on 7lbs..but whoo-boy ! Do what you can - every time you work out you are closer to your goal ! Loved the heavy weight workout ! Question I only have one 15b weight so I did one arm with the weight then the other arm for the biceps curl and something else. Is that ok?
I liked this workout-but I felt you were going too fast for me with the heavier weights. I finished the workout, but I had to pause it so I was lifting heavier but safer

Drop the weight by a pound or 2 and make sure you are bending your knees slightly while lifting
