It's been a month of doing these every other day. It hurts!!!!! I can finally do the whole thing without putting my arms down for 3 seconds. My bat wings have improved ed 50%. They were really bad. It's incredible. This is so hard. So painful but SO WORTH IT.
The first time I tried this, I totally gave up on myself but now I’m doing it at least twice a day without stopping. I feel great, and am starting to see results
I’m 64 and have been battling bat wings for a few years now. I’ve tried several different workouts but nothing seemed to get rid of the wings until I tried this one. Only 2 weeks in and AMAZING results. You rock!!!

I enjoy all of the arm exercises, with and without weights, but I really like this one the best so far. You came along just when I needed to find an effective biceps/triceps/shoulder routine. Thank you Annie. I join you most days. I'm 70, have arthritis in most joints, shoulder problems, costrocondritis of the ribs and more but these 5 minute workouts make me feel so good.
Y'all I've been doing this for two weeks as of today, and I went from dropping my arms multiple times to now finding this easy, not even thinking about dropping my arms 💅 If you're on day one and struggling, stick with it because the improvements you'll feel make it so worth it and you'll feel amazing!
@@piacrudes2741 definitely! however I was doing this one alongside her 2 pound weight workout and I started going on short walks as well. I think it was def a mix of all 3 that helped me see results:) I also just feel stronger !
hi annie! i wanted to write to you because after a few months of doing your videos, i was able to successfully keep my arms up for this whole video and it made me so excited. i struggled with anorexia from age 16 to 23 and recovered fully by 24 (i'm now 27). i never enjoyed or had a healthy relationship with exercise before, but doing your weight lifting videos has been the first time i finally had that. and this is the first time in my life i have ever been physically strong. it feels so cool! i am proud of myself and thankful for what you do. i only have 3 lb weights so the videos can be pretty tough but they make me feel powerful, so thank you for giving me that.
My arms are my biggest insecurity. This is perfect because you really can’t use any excuses to get out of this since there’s no weights and it’s only 5 minutes so you can do it literally anywhere at any time! I had to put my arms down once, but I’m determined to get to the point where I don’t need to! Thank you for this!!!
Hi Michelle! Yes, it was not easy! I thought, oh only five minutes, no big deal. That was a lot packed into five minutes! I also had to drop my arms a couple of times! Hopefully, the next time will be easier!

Hi Anne 3 weeks ago I began and committed everyday I felt that muscle burn everytime and I knew you shares the best knowledge my arms were slowly toning until four days ago my arm blew right up all fat, makes no sense yet I believe in you. My face was all puffy this morning my jaw line practically eliminates very detrimental especially since I'm a mom it's awful my voice has been altered so I cannot offer him comfort yet to awaken to someone who doesn't look like they constantly should is very upsetting to my child and myself. I cannot even write this without tears. Anyways thanks for your support and I will keep trying because your videos are helpful.
I've been doing Annie's arm work outs since confinement back in March ( here in France ), now that we're allowed to go out and I'm finally seeing some friends - I've been getting loads of complements about my arms. I'm 60 and these workouts do work. But OUCH , they still burn even after doing them for a few months :)
Do this exercise 2 times a week for the past year. I am 58 and this keeps my arms tone perfectly. Tried other videos but yours really are the best. I do use 1 pound weights

I also do the arm workout video with the cans and I transitioned to small weights. I’m noticing results in toning definition and arm strength!

Hardest one ever and I did drop my arms twice, but immediately picked them back up! I had also already done two of the weight ones on this channel, so was tired.
I did not expect this to be actually difficult, but it took strenght to get through! As a huge machine-enjoying lad this was super fun and an awesome workout. Hell yeah!

I did it!!! I made it through without dropping my arms! I know that doesn’t seem like much, but it’s a small victory when I need to get 30 pounds down.

Thank you Annie! Had a broken arm and dislocated shoulder..... just couldn't find a workout that didn't hurt in the wrong way. This was the longest 5 minutes... but... my shoulder and arm feel good... I will be doing this every day... thank you.

No lie i started this last Wednesday (6.24.2020) and have been doing it 1-2 times a day and I have lost an inch on my arms (6.29.2020) lol it hurts but results are promising!!!

I fell off n gained weight again 🤬 so I am planning on doing this again and perhaps ill start again today n see if I get similar results 🤔

this works! my arms used to be flabby from lack of working out, but doing this every day along with other exercises, ive noticed my arms becoming more toned. stay consistent and keep in mind the goal you want to achieve in the end, you got this!

Okay, I started these today (no other workouts) and will be doing this Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I took my right arm measurement this morning, which is at 14 3/4". I'll come back each week to report if there has been any lose. Good luck everyone!

I’ve been doing this workout for about a month roughly 3x a week. I can definitely tell I’m getting stronger and it’s so motivating!!

Day 1, left arm measurement is 13 inches. Im taking the challenge to do these at least 4 times a week.

Hey Annie. I LOVE this no weights workout as I can do it even when I am away on holidays. Could we get a no weight workout also for abs and legs? It’d really help during the travelling time when we cannot take the weights with us xxx

First I really struggled not to drop my arms but repeating this near daily has really helped strengthen my arms so now can do it without any break, so thank you Annie :) U.K. xx

this works! my arms used to be flabby from lack of working out, but doing this every day along with other exercises, ive noticed my arms becoming more toned. stay consistent and keep in mind the goal you want to achieve in the end, you got this!

Just did this one! This was a nice way to take a break from weights BUT STILL GET A GREAT WORKOUT!
Okay, I started these today (no other workouts) and will be doing this Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I took my right arm measurement this morning, which is at 14 3/4". I'll come back each week to report if there has been any lose. Good luck everyone!

I just did this workout and like I'm sure a lot of you was like only 5 minutes. Well when I saw the halfway mark I was happy. I made it through felt the burn!! Love these short workouts
