This has been my go to for my hips, hamstrings and bum since I began biking to work back in 2019. Biking to work paired with stretching it out has been the best thing for my health besides trying to eat better. Can’t do one without the other, really. I appreciate the little bit of core work in this video. I often finish off with some shoulder openers and some neck stretches but otherwise this does it all for me! Thanks ✨

This was great! I've been having charliehorses in my hamstrings lately, but from what i gathered doing this video, they are not short at all. My hips, on the other hand, still need a lot of work. But i made it all the way through, so that's cool! Namasté 🌻 ~Donna
I tried it and faired well. Most of my Yoga has been through P90x a little Bikrham and some Yoga 6 in San Diego. Now that Im post 50 I am having trouble with my psoas and hip bursitis on and off the bike. Im looking forward to suggestions and more videos. This was helpful.
love practices like this! lower body is what I need stretched out the most! please do more like this! ps. Erin you were confusing the sides of the body A LOT through this flow! hahaha. I was dying. no hate, a lot of yogis do that when narrating! mad love♡
This was great flow for relieving some lower back pain i have been having. My only recommendation, is it possible to film for the extra 5 minutes of chavasana? A new video starts right away and i have to get up ruining my chavasana lol.
Thank you so much for that feedback, we had no idea that UA-cam took it upon themselves to turn on mid-video ads on our account. Clearly that's a terrible thing for a yoga class! We've manually turned all of those back off, so you should be set for another uninterrupted class when you watch again. Really glad you said something! Hi Erin, Great Video, really enjoyed that! As a yoga teacher sometimes its just nice to put on a video and have someone else think of whats next haha! Some constructive criticism however; 1. Try to tell people a little sooner when to come out of a pose and go into the next, a few times I found myself looking up and you were in another position without the proper ques to tell me so. 2. Be more precise with yourself in the breathing, you would say "take 3 breaths here" and when I would of done 3-4 long deep breathes I would see you were still in the pose for another 2 more breaths. Hope this helps in your next videos. Great teacher and you had a very calming personality without it being too overwhelming. Namaste.
