Love won't have you confused. It isn't worth it. If she's saying she likes you but doesn't want a relationship, it's probably because you're not her ideal type in terms of looks, if it's not any of the other things that Jessica said.

Competition among men for her is fierce without them necessarily knowing. So she treats her lower options like that, confuses but not rejecting them so they stay around if her higher options fail. Validating her too, increase her self esteem and libido so she goes to the next guy full of confidence.
