It's possible to buy the latest type Oxford grips control switch and just plug it in. It's a very worthwhile conversion as it automatically turns off to save the battery. Having said that, I went for self-powered heated gloves from Gerbing with my latest SH350.
Gerbing gear is great, I have gloves, jacket and trousers. Keeps me toasty on winter rides. My gloves plug into the bike. How long do the self powered last on thir batteries?
@@ayorkiepetrolhead2571 I have them on low and usually last for about four to five hours. Of course, you can also plug them into the bike's power supply. I had gloves that warmed up the palms but the Gerbers warm up the top of the hand and fingers which is much better (especially if you have grip heaters - heat on both sides)
