Been cutting down and haven’t had as much time to do my full workouts so I’ve been doing these with 5-10 min ab workouts and eating in a calorie deficit for the last 6 weeks been cutting down and I’m down 9 pounds now at 182 at 6’2 trying to get those abs!

Workout #3... 2nd chest workout. Feelin the burn, thank you man!! Should I be workin 2 areas, like chest and shoulders or shoulders and back etc... in the 1 session? So far I just do 1 area for the 15 mins each session, and I can only do that Sundays and Thursdays... sorry... new to this😂
Workout #15 today, twice a week, this is week 6ish and startin to see and feel a difference!! I do chest and arms Monday, shoulders and back Thursday and try squeeze in a 3rd session if I can somewer durin the week!! Great exercises!!
