    Sometimes people say they wish they could time travel to see what happens in the future. As someone close to 40, I often wish I had started working out and understanding how money works at a younger age-around 16 or 18. If you're between 16 and 26 years old, I strongly advise you to start now: work out hard, avoid drinking excessively, quit smoking, and learn how money works. Focus on these things, and by the time you're nearing 40, you'll be thankful you followed this advice. It will change your life in a massive way!

      I dont recommend doing weights at 13 beacuse of growth you should try street workout first

    I couldn’t agree more. I have bpd. So working out is hard. You gave me a reason to wanna be on this earth still brother. I was a martial artist growing up on my way to hard earned opportunities. Then I was hit at 65 mph by a car. Told I would never get full function of my body. I made it past proving them wrong because of you! Thank you!!! Joey Camposano

    Been cutting down and haven’t had as much time to do my full workouts so I’ve been doing these with 5-10 min ab workouts and eating in a calorie deficit for the last 6 weeks been cutting down and I’m down 9 pounds now at 182 at 6’2 trying to get those abs!

    These videos are absolutely amazing! Thank you so much. I'd love to see an alternate series to this which just uses barbell exercises or a combination of barbell and single dumbbells (or double) but no bench. That would be awesome!

      Workout #3... 2nd chest workout. Feelin the burn, thank you man!! Should I be workin 2 areas, like chest and shoulders or shoulders and back etc... in the 1 session? So far I just do 1 area for the 15 mins each session, and I can only do that Sundays and Thursdays... sorry... new to this😂

      Workout #15 today, twice a week, this is week 6ish and startin to see and feel a difference!! I do chest and arms Monday, shoulders and back Thursday and try squeeze in a 3rd session if I can somewer durin the week!! Great exercises!!

    Big fan of the videos Midas, thank you! I'm newer to working out and have a question about a weekly routine for muscle growth. I've been doing your 15 minute routines for chest, back, shoulder and biceps 3x a week. Would it be better to do bro split and do longer routines for each group throughout the week? I run consistently so legs are less of a focus. I appreciate any help!!
