    Thank you. You inspired me to work out at home and I’ve been doing it 4 times a week for a month now, it feels so good and I will keep going. I even have a small gym set up in my basement. I start most of my mornings with your videos lol. Please make a 25-30 min video for combined shoulders and abs with dumbbells! I would appreciate it so much man

    I'm 16 in high school and I have a growth hormone deficiency and I have barely any muscle. I have found motivation in weight lifting and are stuck with these 8 pound dumbbells doing these workouts 💀

    I’m starting to workout recently and there are so many videos and it made me confused what should I do, for now I’m doing your 7 days routine 30 minutes dumbbells workout. But I want to ask “should I keep follow that, or should I focused something else first like just doing biceps&tricep everyday or something as a newbie?”

    I take these workouts and combine with chest and arms ( Day 1) but not on multiple sets.. It's lead to injuries or delays in recovery.. I will do 1set to failure with proper warmup weight before the workout.. I hope it works...

      Sorry man but that was never going to be a part of that series. It’s done. The first workout (Chest & Triceps) also targets your shoulders. It’s similar to a traditional PPL routine. I’ll do a separate video on training your shoulders soon.

    I'm doing first round with 20lbs, and on second round it's hard for me to finish with 20 so I use 15lbs. Is it better to do like that or leave 20lbs but do less reps on the second round, as much as I can? Thanks

      1 set if you’re doing this as a finisher after another workout but as a stand-alone workout, aim for 2 sets with 1-2 minutes of rest between each set.

    You should only do 2 to 3 different forms of bicep movements per workout with 3 to 4 sets anymore and it's over excessive and fatigue will start to set in and prone to injury and if you injure your forearms or biceps then you're out of commission for 6 weeks or longer

      @@justins0lis well from what I saw in the video he wasn't using that low weights but doing that many exercises on the biceps at one time is asking for problems and hurting yourself it's best to just stick to two to three exercises and work them to failure this is what most Fitness Experts suggest
