I found this workout channel yesterday and did this video this morning. Anyone just finding it don't sleep on it just because it's a 2 year old video. The plan is great and I plan on following these workout videos for the future. What I really like is how in the lower corner it shows what the next exercise is going to be so you're not confused or fiddling getting into position. That was just brilliant. THANK YOU for these videos!

Your workout session are real help to me. I am an ex boxer, who is working as a software engineer. This work from home due to pandemic, have caused me to be extremely overweight to a point when I fear for my life. I was 150+kg, when I started home workouts. They say your muscle has the memory and thus reshaping is considerably easy compared to someone who is transforming for the first time. But what they don't say is even we have to go through the same path. Just because we have gone through that path before doesn't mean we skip and go straight to the destination. We still have to walk the distance! Your videos is what I am watching with Just 2 sets of dumbbells. I am now 121 Kg and reducing. I am reducing weight by weight training (Very less cardio and abdomen. I hope even this method works, weight/fat loss by toning the muscles). Arms, Chest, Shoulders. One day at a time. God has given purpose for everyone. I am assuming this is your purpose! Without your knowledge, I am sure you have helped many! You have been though my journey of walking the distance of this life transformation. You will be always special. For that Thank you!
@@2muchflava999 These are muscle training exercises, and so will help skinny guys to train their muscles and thus increase muscle growth. Weight training is also excellent way for fat loss to, as by training your muscles, energy is consumed and fat is burned, like any cardio workout and also tone the fat around your muscles at the same time. Another reason why Weight training is great for weight loss too is they increase metabolic rate for obese people and thus aid the weight loss process. In summary, for weight loss, calories deficit / high protein diet along with any form of workout to burn set calories for a day, will help. But Doing weight training as you selection of workout for weight loss will also help in increasing your metabolism rate.
I am an absolute beginner and I have started these 15 minute workouts daily. One workout per day and it takes me an hour to complete. I can feel the burn, I will continue these and hopefully make significant progress

I just finished this 15 minute bicep - tricep workout. Serious business & I love this ! Will continue to do these. Very effective for the little time it takes. Don't sleep to it. It'll tear you up !!!!!!
@@Ak-dw7td It will target the triceps and the biceps. He's doing it for 20 to 30 seconds for 5 rounds. But you can incorporate it with other arm workouts as well

Simply brilliant, I could went upto round 2 and would eventually take it to full round 3, after that will increase the weight and go again. It does give a feel of pretty good workout for biceps and triceps. Keep it up brother, looking forward for more uploads from you. Cheers
What a PUMP!!! I've done my fair share of supersets before, but sticking to the high intensity/ low rest periods of this felt like a great workout + Cardio! Rarely do I sweat when working out arms, this was nice.
