I just woke up, sore after my 5/5 training sessions after three years of absence from the gym due to many duties that needed to be handled. Still, in a calm state of mind, sipping my daily dose of coffee and watching Chris fighting for what's meaningful. Wholeheartedly, all the best at the Olympia :). I have a feeling this year's Chris, Hadi and Hany video is coming; maybe Derek's in that too :).
