I'm about to have my 3rd in 3 years. It's crazy. I work from home and watch them during the day. I rarely get a chance to eat at all lol.
My go to is: 3 egg whites, .50 cup whole oats and .25 cup of cottage cheese. The energy I get from this is great. Cbum is truly inspirational!

Oats cooked in pan with little water for a short period leaves the oats with some bite, add warm vanilla protein shake, about 20g raisins (15g carbs) and some mixed nuts=adult cereal

@@ChrisBumstead My recipe is based on history bro-have you ever tried Muesli cereal? Kellogs make it, it is toasted oats, raisins, hazelnuts but they do add a few items that may not be 100% for bodybuilding shredding such as little powdered milk but in the off season, that stuff is like crack, nothing special but the combination of ingredients just work. I then decided to copy it and make a cleaner version.

@@ChairBear56 its fire, however, the oats have to be kept firm and may be some raw oats kept until the end where they can be sprinkled on, In the off season, it can be mixed with a little kellogs style cereals and if during prep, you are not allowed protein powder, there is other stuff like almond milk which can be flavored with a little vanilla extract and if post workout, you can add sugar to it! It is very flexible
