Hany is an INCREDIBLE coach, it’s super fascinating to watch him. He can tell just by look and feel what minor adjustments to make to the form for maximum efficiency, and how many more reps. Dude clearly has YEARS of high level experience and it’s wonderful to be able to witness it.
And of course, Cbum is a terminator in there. Insane.

Apart from the workout, Hany is bringing outside the Hadi troll from within ha-ha. On the bright side, Derek went easier on Chris than Hadi; Derek's a beast as well. That was such an awesome experience to watch, I mean three athletes having won the Mr. Olympia in the same gym. I don't know whether Cbum would be who he is today if there wasn't the division; I am certain though Cbum would still provide us with motivation and inspiration. Wholeheartedly, I wish you all the best
