@@iaminkaland This topic is very interesting to me. I like learning about how the mechanisms in our bodies work and what can possibly affect them. Also, learning about natural things that can keep our bodies optimally healthy. Besides that, this is particularly interesting to me since I believe I'm a person that is prone to anxiety and depression, and recently I've been on a journey to focus on being as healthy as possible and changing my diet to being as natural and nutritious as it can be. Thanks for the info.
Excellent video, I just found out that their are different content of DPA EPA eg triple omega 3, and omegavia, trying to find highest source of these compounds. I do take Caruso's Super Magnesium and Blackmores Executive B Stress Formula.
glad you found it helpful Angela :) Yes the doses in omega-3 supplement vary significantly. Magnesium and B formula sound great!
I've found a great benefit in supplementing my B vitamins by using the Methylated forms like: Sublingual Methylcobalamin B-12, Pyridoxal-5-Phopfate (P-5-P) Coenzyme B6, Roboflavin-5-Phosphate (R-5-P) Coenzymated Vitamin B2, Benfotiamine Fat Soluble Vitamin B1 (the only usable form of B1) and Methyl Folate 5-MTHF (the usable form of folic acid). I've read that close to 41% of folks can't methylate these standard supplements to a usable form because of a genetic trait, so methylated vitamins don't have to be converted, they are already in the usable methylated forms.
