The boy can wail, tho. He doesn't just "sing" sing this song... he *sang* sings this song. Every single member of Home Free has incredible range, and I'm convinced there's nothing they can't do.

There are not words to describe how talented this group is!! Every single one of them is from another planet!!
See them live if you can. It’s one thing to watch videos and know they could be heavily edited, but to hear them perform their music just as flawlessly live is something else entirely. Plus, the show is fun and you get to see their personalities. You won’t be sorry.
FYI Austin Brown grew up singing gospel for southern baptist then he went to college to learn musical theater. The best of both worlds

Austin can generate some different textures in his voice too. Sometimes really smooth, sometimes a bit gritty when the song calls for it. Amazing voice and talent. Each member of the group has an amazing voice in their own right, together it is something to behold. And they continue to get better and push themselves.

Austin's high notes give me chills, all over. home free's harmony is second to none.
The thing that you will notice is how effortlessly Austin Brown sings that high. It does not strain him at all to sing that high. You will see it in other songs.

Austin's facial expressions are gold. LOVE to watch him. And he always seems to be having so much fun.
Great reaction! They killed it! Austin as the choice to lead is perfection! The way they filmed this was very creative and done out of necessity, during quarentine! They did a whole series of quarentine videos. Where they filmed seperately and then edited them together. And kept us all entertained while at home and locked down. As someone who understands harmony more than the average listener, you need to hear “Mayday.” They do something you’ve probably never seen a group do. They…switch vocal parts. Bass sings tenor. Baritone goes bass…and it’s nuts!

This is pretty Amazing !!! He was eyeing his woman, Amberley was in the studio and he was singing to her. This is just an outstanding performance, but I have heard him sing live 6 times and I knew he had it in him. He can really wail and belt out that emotion.

This is exactly the reason they started there own label and there last 2 or 3 albums have been on there own label, but that being said they are amazing to see live.
Concerts are their bread and butter. It's how they support themselves. You'll get spoiled on a few songs, but you can always make a post-concert video about your experience, and you'll have 100 more you can still react to. Go.
I hope everything is still open in November when I have tickets to see them. With COVID cases going up again I'm starting to worry about it. C'mon people, get your vaccinations!

The show date on our tickets has been pushed back, repeatedly.
We had a choice to get a refund, or hold on to them for the next show there.
Now they will be in two places close enough, and since our original tickets are already paid for, maybe I can talk my Husband into getting them for the other location as well. 🤞
Hahaha, Home Free has that way of grabbing you and not letting go. They are so good. They sing all genres of music and it’s all good. Try In the Blood, Die a Happy Man, Castle on the Hill, Thinking Out Loud/Let’s Get It On. Austin is the high tenor and lead here. Rob has the glasses (tenor), Tim is the bass, Chance is the baritone/bass, Adam is the beatboxer. They won the NBC show the Sing Off in 2013. So good. Love your reaction!

If you are still debating about seeing them live…… DO IT!!! Seen them twice and have tickets to a third show. You can’t get a full appreciation of the talent of these guys until you here them live. Tim Foust’s low notes live will rattle filling out your teeth!

Lead singer on this one is Austin, 'heavyset guy' is Rob, bass is Tim, (bearded in flannel) is Adam "Chance" and beatboxer is Adam Rupp
Tim, 5 octave range. If he's singing Chance takes the bass part (he has a 4 octave range). Adam Rupp (beat boxer) is not human. Everything thinks he eats drum kits for breakfast and used a cymbal as a teething ring early on. You may want to listen to "How Great Thou Art" and "Do You Hear What I Hear" (Christmas song with Adam's brother Chris Rupp who was in the group before Chance joined).````
@@epiphany519 Adam Rupp also is a very good singer. He laid down some very fine harmonies in How Great Thou Art. In their hymns, he usually sings instead of beat boxing.
@@timclaus8313 Agreed totally. He has an amazing voice but, by his own admission, it's untrained (vs say Austin who has extensive vocal training). Untrained doesn't mean it isn't good it just means he tends to focus on beat boxing.
Austin was singing to his girlfriend who was behind the camera. She is now his wife. They were the only ones in the studio as this was filmed during the pandemic. I love the TV box production on this! This is now the gold standard for this song! I loved the original by Percy Sledge, and the cover by Michael Bolton, but this just sets a whole new standard! Rather like Bobby Hatfield did for Unchained Melody on the Andy Williams show back in 1964. You should react to Austin singing Bring Him Home but be sure to have tissues... it's powerful and emotional!

If you think your a fan now just wait until you see them in concert! My wife and I saw them in the Atlanta Symphony before the pandemic. We still talk about it. Tim has a bass voice that will stop your heart but don't worry because Adam Rupp will do a solo beat box as a bass drum that will restart it again among other sounds. You wont regret it. Just Go

My suggestions…”Butts Medley”; it’s hilarious, and the arrangement is amazing…”I Can’t Outrun You”, Chance lead, plus he directed the video- it’s just beautiful…”Blue Ain’t Your Color”, Rob lead, shared with Chance- they give the song a Temptations flavor…”Champagne Taste (On a Beer Budget), Tim lead, and he wrote the song…”Timeless”, I believe it’s an original song. They strike some chords in it that will make your muscles twitch. “Do You Hear What I Hear”…Adam Rupp arranged it and it’s mind blowing. I could go on, and on.
I second all of these. Some songs all of them take a lead part and others only one or two of them have the lead.

DO IT! GO SEE THEM! They can only do about two hours in the concert and they have almost 150 UA-cam music videos. Trust me, DO IT! I've seen them three times, and have tickets to see them in Nashville in December.
Go to a live performance. With over 100 releases on UA-cam alone, no way they cover all of those in a live performance. Also, often their live presentations are a bit different than the recorded versions. You will also learn a lot about their personalities and backgrounds. I have been to 2 and have tickets for the third in 2022. Go! You will regret it if you don't. They don't come around often enough to put it off.

Hey, man, I love the reactions. You definitely should see them live. Theses guys have over 150 songs on UA-cam, so you can’t possibly wreck the experience of watching their videos by going to a concert. Sure, you’ll see most of their new songs in the concert, but you can always react to those before the concert. I’ve seen them six times so far and they are always great. Tim’s bass will rattle your seat.

I've saw them in Oct 2019 and had tickets again for last year that got postponed twice. Now we're rescheduled for October of this year, so hopefully they won't postpone again. Can't wait!
