- With a debt crisis, high poverty and unemployment rates, and a lack of equal rights as citizens in the states, we asked Puerto Ricans if they still had hope for Puerto Rico's future.
Puerto Rico is the best place in all Latin America for entrepreneurship. I've seen Cubans, Dominicans, Chinese and of course Puerto Ricans having thriving businesses. Señorita Yanyi is an inspiration, her life story is amazing.
Puerto Rico is not the best place in Latin Am for entrepreneurship. It’s extremely unfair how many opportunities anyone but PRs get to be a “entrepreneur”. Let’s not forget how many of these “entrepreneurs” take advantage and exploit 🇵🇷 .

The question we should ask ourselves is what do we need to do as puerto ricans to make things better on the island. PR is a relatively well developed country with very educated citizens. Don't let the people in politics dictate your future. This is what holding PR back. Elect people that have the interest of PR before anything and that have integrity. For all I know, is possible that those people are already among us; the cashier at the supermarket, the plumber, the carpenter, the entrepreneur, the engineer student, the uber driver. In the case of PR, it will only take one good gov't administration to turn the island around in less time than it would with any other country in the world.
