    Bohot bhadiya bhai.... meri legs swell hojati thi for 1-2 weeks.... isse start kar rha hu to there is no swelling... thanks bro

    Thanks a Lot dear Sir for all videos. There are lots of gym but absence of trainer in every gym . Your videos are very helpful in this situation . I think that everybody can not afford the trainer fee .     Thanks and❤ for providing value able knowledge i am over 60+ and doing all exercise (mix) on daily basis except Sunday since last 8month 2set of each and iam comfortable and getting good results of my blood biochemistry (blood sugar level cholesterol etc) with out any medicine .     Hi Jeet, I am office going guy & do exercise at my home only. Being a home , don’t have any big equipment like squat rack, leg press machine. Please make a small video where dumbbells, rods & bench can be used for leg workout. Probably video with replacement of squat exercises with other exercise which is quite effective for legs development. Similarly, replacement for leg press machine.

    I'm not a gym goer but as doing 3 yrs of workout at home I have a dream to go to the heaven and also I counts my doubts to use leg press like machines in a good way in fact good form.
