Bas ek request hai sab log normal logo ke liye workout batate hai but special population per koi dhyaan nahi deta. Like mere knee mein pain rehta hai after one accident toh leg workout konsa karu no guidance for it. So i wear knee band n light workout karti hu aapki batayi hui. Squats difficult hai mere liye so empty reps karti hu similarly mere ek friend ke shoulder mein pain hai might bhi workout mistake toh woh kaise sambhal ke workout karen is per koi baat nahi karta. Also jab aap workout karte ho toh ladies bhi same karen ke nahi woh nahi batate. So i feel in cheezon per bhi focus hona chahiye jara. I hv taken ur training plan of 30 days let's c.

I left bodybuilding around a year ago.. after working out for 12 years.. But i still watch your videos.. just for the knowledge.. else I know they r not in my use anymore.. . But I'll hopefully join the gym again next month..
Why do inferior exercise ( lats pulldown).. When you can do pullups 💪.. For me pullups are the most effective exercise. For overall body.... People can't do chest to bar pullups so they move on to latspulldown. ... Go for chest to bar pullups... You will have strength benifits 💪 as well as hypertrophy.
