This mod is just a mishmash of everything thats appeared in halo, theres not much in the way of balance and a lot of bloat. Theres some cool setpieces but that doesn’t make for a good game on its own

I thing i hate about Halo 3 is the bulky slow clumsy elites in it. People really need to mod Halo 3 more to add Halo CE elites into it. Also: the halo ce marine armor should have ALWAYS stood!!! It looks silly yet futuristic in a realistic way. Perfect for Halo.
I feel like this mod doesn't know what it wants to focus on. It's cool that it uses all these models from other Halo titles, but I really don't feel like a lot of them fit in with one another aesthetically. Still, it looks really well made even if I'm not too sure about some of the stuff it changes.

yeah i just want a more toned down experience that implements vehicles and enemies from other games in a more cohesive way. seeing revenants, spectres falcons and various shade turrets alongside the other halo 3 vehicles looks great, but there's so many instances of redundant or conflicting enemies and weapons ported in for me to like. honestly, its a bit tiring to see how many of these types of mods feel the overwhelming desire to go for quantity instead of quality. the ultimate firefight mod frustrates me in the same manner
Okay, this Mod is lit, anything that reintroduces the Spectre in an effective manner deserves props, aside from the other obviously cool stuff. Haha I know it's not gonna be anytime soon, but once I finally get a computer capable of it.. I'm learning how to make mods. The modding community has resparked my passion for the series, even when it just comes to forge and game mode creations for the vanilla games. Going to have to create something to honor my late friend, Myles, gonna make him a badass bullfrog Spartan with flamethrower or something. He would love that. 😂😂😂
Now that's the way to finish the fight, by using EVERYTHING both sides have at their disposal, both normal weapons and vehicles to experimental or older weapons and vehicles
What I would love to see in the future (probably never gonna be in infinite) is a campaign mode that's this open-world, hectic warzone similar to the chaos in this mod, but featuring our custom Spartans. Reach proved that you can have Halo without Master Chief if the story is done right.
i think the main difference with reach and anything 343 might mkae, is that bungie made reach. i think a lot of people would be upset if a new halo game came out and just didnt have chief in it, based on how people have reacted to most new halo things recently
14:07 I couldn't stand how all the brutes armor falls off when you shoot him a couple times. Like this is a futuristic alien that has armor made out of paper mache!? I guess it was due to how much ram the 360 had or something of that nature. However I wish they could've made them more like ODST brutes initially. We've got badass mods now though, so that problem has been fixed thank god lol
Kind of seems like, the farther you advance, the worse the covenant equipment gets which leads to them utilizing older tech. If this is true rather cool as heck.
This is a mod that knows the true definition of "fun". Too many mods try to add realism, difficulty or weight to the point it turns me off. Here it seems like it's everything someone wanted in Halo 3 and they decided they were gonna do it themselves. Definitely gonna try this!
Man I want a mod that lets you carry as much ammo for all the guns as you can in CE. I HATE that reserve ammo size just kept going down as the games went on
The one thing I never liked in the mission where we stop the rings from firing, is the part where we siege the building. It always felt too quick and too easy to get through covenant forces and into the Ark's control room. And I see that here it's the same. I hope mod author will change it :/ What I mean is that spires that are shielding the control room are more guarded than the control room itself
The Covenant don't want to fight inside the control room. They occupy the shield towers and they literally deploy two Scarabs to stop you at the front door along with turrets and Covenant ground forces. That's the last line of defense. Inside they just scramble to fight you and the flood

The only thing I wonder is the lore explanation for the red and bright blue brute armor and the read/banished looking grunts and jackals. Everything else is pretty lore friendly but those don’t make as much sense

There was an overhaul for Halo 2 that I loved playing. It was named Halo 2 With Sprinkles. Despite the funny name, the mod was taken seriously enough to make it fun and challenging with various assets, added believable encounters that were large and small. The CE assault rifle was even imported very well. However, the updates to MCC made the mod play not as intended. I haven't yet made a video of it, but I plan to if it does receive an update for the latest MCC version.

@@rambozambo9733 I’m sure it is but I just wouldn’t prefer it to be honest that’s just my opinion it would’ve been nice to see a little bit more of maybe different elites than just adding grunts and hunters because they could’ve added them into halo three as that separatist force if they game really needed them
I think this mod is cool but all of the models h2a and 3 and ce look weird together because they have different lighting so the the best example I can think of is the h2a brutes there a little brighter than the area around them
old comment so it might be buried but , i enjoy seeing assets from previous halos , it’s nice, but if they’re going to port assets then i think they could take it a step further and texture them properly, ce’s armor would go hard if they were properly textured in 3’s engine. but it’s still all very nice to see, really want to see a huge campaign overhaul that’s visually impressive outside of back porting h2a’s assets, not shaming the creator(s) , this is cool to see, i’m just critiquing. but this is still very cool to see and it looks like a lot of thought and love went into it. excited to see more

You're so right and don't deserve to be at the bottom of the comments lmao. I love the idea for this mod but it suffers heavily from both inconsistent artystyle and over-saturated combat. While its a technical achievement that all the AIs and weapons behave nicely with each-other, its hard to appreciate that achievement when the game feels so bloated.

It would have been cool if Alpha-9 appeared alongside the Chief since their voice actors are pretty much recycled for regular marine voices
I put them in the Crows Nest mission and Tsavo highway for that reason haha.

The halo 4 grunts are the ugly step child in the halo universe but seeing them come out and try beating you up makes so much sense to me. 🤣🤣😂😂
