    i go to sleep late and wake up late too, i sleep 7-8 hours , is that case bad for testosterone ?

      If you're not sleeping at night, your levels can still be affected

    I love all these guys “Bring down stress, eat right, get 8 hours of sleep Blah Blah Blah” Not all of us can run away from stress, eating whatever whenever and getting only the sleep you get. Where’s the answers for the rest of us?

      David... you're asking the wrong question! The question is why you can't do these things!? Your health is non negotiable, but everything else is... so think how you can achieve these things and what you have to do to get there

      You can wake up even at 6 am without an alarm clock.. you just need to prioritize better

      No, it doesn't mean that. You can consume 1 herb and boost test. You can do 1 exercise and boost T. Naturally means just that and it doesn't mean slow
