    ❤⚖ Vitamin D, Magnesium, Zinc, Multi Vitamin. Even Bananas "manganese" seem to have a great effect. For Libido boosting Fadogia seemed to be a booster within 3 hrs. If you want to try a supplement, Tongkat I tested for 1 year and according to tests it increased free T levels. 2 week break and tested showed 79 pg/ml then 6-9 days back on I tested again and it showed 122 pg/ml also raised DHEA levels. It was interesting. Fadogia also but for total T increase.

    • @Xkcdboy
      @Xkcdboy Рік тому +3

      I am currently supplementing with Tongkat. Could you tell me which one you're taking? Also, what effects did Fadogia had on you? Could you share the link of the product please? Thanks!

    • @SweepTheLeg2023
      @SweepTheLeg2023 Рік тому +1

      @@Xkcdboy For Sure, I used Solaray. Fadogia I only took 3 -4 times per week with a day spaced in between. Libido boost within 3 hrs. To mitigate any toxicity I just have less experience with it. In comparison from what I felt, Tongkat effects libido much less. I'll make the video public if you like. I keep it private because I don't want my anecdotal experience to influence people. 1 thing I did notice but it might have been electrolyte imbalance but I did feel heart palpitations while on tongkat. After 2-3 months nothing it ran perfect, weekends off. Then out of the blue it hit me. So I would stop for 2 -3 weeks and take tongkat again and within 13 days it hit me... But spacing it out 3 times or 4 per week made that go away. Again it could have been a fluke but worth mentioning. 400mg per day is more than enough, Solaray says to take two... It made me very irritable and aggressive, Less is More. Plus their product is not standardized so you don't know 100% exactly how much you are getting give or take per capsule.

    Yes these supplements are worth taking especially once men reach their 40's. Daily intake is not necessary or beneficial but rather every few days. With regards to zinc , a lower dose of 5 mg with 1 mg Copper is more effective if taken on a regular basis. Personally I take Magnesium Glycinate, zinc bisglyconate or sometimes citrate , with Copper bisglyconate, Vitamin D3 with K2..( D3 should be taken with K2 mk7 for optimum results) K2 is miraculous in what it does. Finally i take Ginkgo Biloba or Pycnogenol with Korean Red ginseng.. I take essential amino acids and creatine too...moderation is best...😊

    Very good advice. Except nuts and whole grains arent good sources of anything, because of the antinutrient phytic acid. It binds minerals sadly. Meat, salt and algae are propably better suited for magnesium.

    • @EviePharmacist

      It’s hard to say exactly due to the lack of human studies re. Testosterone. Also depends on your current levels, how much you are getting from your diet, age, if you’re a smoker etc. Generally for vitamin C the range is quite big but you want to get at least 90mg/day but no more 2g/day. 🙂

      I'm 73, constantly researching information on Google and UA-cam. I recently bought taurine and benfotiamine. Been taking medical grade fish oils, beet powders, dark greens powders, and ADHD meds... I had two heart operations and I've got a pacemaker defibrillator with medication for that. I don't take antidepressants anymore or anything for anxiety because I've never felt happier and the sex is amazing...every time. I gave up cigarettes and alcohol over 50 years ago, and gave up sugar pretty much and salt... I look forward to every day and I take my diet seriously. The problem I see is that with age we lose the ability to make or extract nutrients... Evolution only needs us to last long enough to reproduce and protect our offspring so they can reproduce...and that's when we start falling apart. So we just have to be curious, creative, resourceful, and the result is the enormous flood of available information to anyone who wants to know. I'm in love with science 💞. Thank you 🙏.

    Hi Evie, a little known trace mineral, Boron, is known to help with testosterone levels, as well as bone density and strength,oral health, mental health, arthritis etc as well. @bluesart7 2 місяці тому

      @@EviePharmacist That's great. I take 30mg most days, the fatal dose is 15 to 20 grams. Mostly available in 3mg or 6 mg doses. I get mine from a company that sells 10mg caps. God Bless.

      @bluesart7 wait you say you take 30mg but the fatal dose is 15-20mg? I’m confused..

    • @bluesart7
      @bluesart7 2 місяці тому

      @@EviePharmacist Yes, 30mg not grams 😅I have heard 15 to 20 grams could be fatal. Also heard 6 grams could be too, but I don't think anyone would ever take anywhere near 6 grams. One part of China the populace get around 125mg daily of boron in their diet. People in Israel and Turkey get around 30 to 70 mg daily from diet from memory. Dr Jorge Flechas gives the data on this in his vids. It is water soluble so any the bod does not need leaves in the waste. Arthritis occurance in these areas is a fraction of here in NZ, Aus, US etc because of the abundance of Boron in the soil and water there👍

      Could be since testosterone, like many other hormones, are made from cholesterol. And that is an animal product.
      Our bodies produces cholesterol, but maybe that function is reduced with age, like so many other things are.
      I haven't seen any research on this though, so we hardly know it.

      Very limited small scale studies but promising nonetheless. Recommended if looking to improve sperm health as well. I haven’t explored it in this video but maybe at a later stage!

    • @EviePharmacist
      @EviePharmacist  Рік тому

      Hi Manny, there’s no super accurate way to check zinc levels for mild deficiencies. It would be a combination of looking at symptoms and other tests (eg. Blood/urine/hair/taste). I’ll be making a video on this topic soon!

    That would mean men aged 32 and over don’t have any.

      @EviePharmacist  11 місяців тому +2

      Multis are good if you’re not too deficient in anything but I would say for a lot of people it’s not enough, especially vitamin D. Also depends on the quality and amounts in the multi as well 🙂
