Black Pepper
Nutritional Yeast
Garlic Powder
Water
Lemon Juice
This was great, didn't taste exactly like cream cheese, but was still delicious. I used it to make sushi with avocado and cucumber,it was delicious.

About a week. To be honest, it could probably last longer but it hasn't lasted longer than that in my household :)
Can i use roasted cashews than raw cashews??

Yes, you definitely can use it for all kinds of dips. I use this cheese for my vegan pizzas as well, so you can definitely put it in the oven :)

My first attempt was very cheesy and thick. Yummythough Need to add more water. Recipe used said 1tbsp. Didn't want to make it too sloppy.
Can you add almonds instead of cashews?
We have not tried it but I don't see why not. It will more than likely taste more like a nut butter than cheese. Let us know how it comes out :)

Why can’t you post the ingredients? I would have subscribed. Also this is garlic cream cheese. Why don’t you say that. I thought this was plain. Looking for that. As for the garlic, you can simply omit it to make it more "plain". Since I didn't use much garlic, I consider it to be be plain but those are just my taste buds. Thanks for watching :)
