This was fantastic! However, I think 5 C of broth was too much… the soup ended up too liquid-y and my garnishes sunk to the bottom. Otherwise, it was amazing! The flavors, out of this world! 🤤 Thanks for another winner ❤
Add more roasted cauli next time. Ive made soups similar to this, and reducing liquid and adding more veggies, is the way.

@@basm620inbelair9 If youre going to blend, and i usually do, after getting the cauli in the pot, if i think i need something more, ive added potatoes and/or carrots and/or celery. Then, i just bring to a boil, turn heat to a simmer until the potatoes are done.
What ive found is adding a couple potatoes regardless, adds to the creaminess. And especially if you make it without Coco milk or any other dairy.

Absolutely!! Frozen cauliflower is great. Just keep in mind that it may take longer to roast.
