1/2 stick celery
head of broccoli small
1/2 head cauliflower
1 clove garlic
1 tbps oil
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
pinch chilli powder
1 veggie stock cube
salt n pepper to taste
