I really enjoyed seeing these moves demo'd out with more descriptions of what they target and benefits. Also, I really need a gym like this in my life. My local gym I can get most stuff done but lacks in the updated stuff. Not a bad thing, just have to be creative with alternatives
Hi Kelly, quick request (if you don't mind). I was watching through your old shorts and saw this video: Ipsilateral Staggered Stance Suitcase Deadlift with Square Stance Hold Would you mind doing a short breaking down the technique.
with growing your lats in the side rowing position, how do you stop your traps from engaging and ensuring the shoulder is depressed enough to engage the lat, (which part), teres minor, infraspinatus and rear delt? especially for us 65yo+ group with shoulder dysfunction who are following
I think keeping a mind to muscle connection to keep your scapula depressed throughout the whole movement should help. If you can do the exercise in front of a mirror that would be ideal. Go with really light weight in the beginning to ensure your scapula isn’t elevating and therefore your trap taking over. If you can’t do this successfully it may be helpful to do some accessory work for proper scapula control/rhythm. I am no expert but I do work in the physical rehabilitation field and this would be my recommendations! I also struggle with my traps over-activating during exercises so this is something that works for me too.
Just something "technical" - do you have the option to deactivate automatic Ai translation? On my phone I can't change that and the translation sucks really hard.

Yes, somebody who does these rear delt flies right for the rear delts! You could have told the crowd why you are leaning forward a bit though ;)

4:22 I can say the same for RDL's 😁🤬
On pullups, I think she should pause at the bottom to minimize the swinging.
Whats your height??
