If your cars Steering wheel shakes(vibration) when braking/brake pedal shakes(vibration) when braking or even Steering wheel shakes(vibration) while driving at high speed in highway, it causes your driving safety from braking and steering, so one of the symptom for this problem is the Steering wheel shake when braking and that is the brake rotor warped due to passing designed temperature of the rotor, this happens some time with bad brake pads quality and another thing causes Steering wheel shakes when braking, washing the car when the wheels are hot and fast cooling causes metal to warp from big temperature change from 200C/392F to 20/68F, in this case the rotors must be replaced with new ones
second reason that causes Steering wheel shakes(vibration) at high speed even without braking is the balancing weights inside the wheels, some times they come off at high speed and you need to take you car to tire shop to balance it again and put the right weight to balanced again just like when you buy set of new tires and must be balanced before putting on the car

Wow..... we'll be replacing our rotors everytime we drive through a puddle then right?.....that doesn't make sense that we can't get the rotors wet after use does it?
I've never heard of these issues occurring in older cars ....I've owned alot of cars and that's the first time I've heard of don't get your rotors wet
