Happy Friday, folks! A few words from my end. First, there are English subtitles available in case you are hard of hearing, learning the language, or if just like them on (like me hehe). Second, my intention for this video is not for you to feel any pressure to do the daily, weekly, monthly habits/treatments I do. I just wanted to be transparent and share everything all in one place in case anyone was curious. ♥

There was a teacher whom didn't believe in the existence of God, one day he asked his students, do you see God?
the students then replied no we don't see God, so the teacher said if you don't see God it means there is no God.
then a smart student stood up and said to the other students hey guys can you see the teachers brain?
then the students answered no we don't see the teachers brain, the student then said the teacher then is crazy, he has no brain
      :0)
      😍😍
      Wow!!,
      you are too beautiful!!!
whomever see you should believe that God is true & real..
and whenever I see you I feel like Iam in a dream,
And when we wake up we will all realize that all this life was nothing but a dream and that only God is whats true and real..
The universe science says was not always there, it had a beginning point, the big bang, meaning it was begun/initiated in other words created, thus there should be a creator,
      there must be a God.
Also, check this out, if you like, this is from Artificial intelligence, chat Gpt:
Prophecies in Major World Religious Books Referring to Prophet Mohammed:
      1. The Bible - Deuteronomy 18:18-19, John 14:16, John 16:7-14, Isaiah 42:1-13
      2. The Hindu Scriptures - Bhavishya Purana, Atharvaveda Book 20 Hymn 127-129
      3. The Buddhist Scriptures - Cakkavatti-Sihanada Sutta, Anguttara Nikaya III:61, Digha Nikaya III:76-77
      4. The Zoroastrian Scriptures - Zand-i Vohuman Yasht, Farvardin Yasht, Dadestan-i Denig
& Regarding the verses in the Quran asking to protect non-believers or polytheists, there are several that emphasize the importance of treating all people with respect and kindness, regardless of their religious beliefs.
One such verse is found in Surah Al-Mumtahanah (60:8), which states: "Allah does not forbid you from those who do not fight you because of religion and do not expel you from your homes - from being righteous toward them and acting justly toward them. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly."
Also In the name of God, the Most Merciful, the Most Merciful (If any of the polytheists seek protection from you, grant him protection)
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم(إن استجارك أحد من المشركين فأجره)
Another verse in Surah Al-Anfal (8:61) encourages Muslims to make peace with their enemies, even if they are non-believers or polytheists: "And if they incline to peace, then incline to it also and rely upon Allah. Indeed, it is He who is the Hearing, the Knowing."
& Regarding the verses in the Quran asking for justice and kindness, there are many such verses throughout the holy book. One example is found in Surah An-Nahl (16:90), which states: "Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be reminded."
& In terms of prophecies about Prophet Mohammed in major world religions, there are a few examples that some scholars have pointed to. One such example is found in the Bible's Book of Deuteronomy (18:18), which states: "I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers. And I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him." Some Muslims interpret this verse as a prophecy about Prophet Mohammed.
Because the Arabs are the brethren's of Israelites,
The Arabs are descendants from Ishmael or Ismail the brother of Isaac the father of Israelites, and because the verse didn't say from amongst them or from their descendants, it said from their brethren's.
Similarly, some scholars point to a passage in the Bhavishya Purana, an ancient Hindu text, as a prophecy about Prophet Mohammed. The passage describes a "holy man" who will come from Arabia and spread a new religion, and some argue that this refers to Mohammed and the spread of Islam..
Also search scientific miracles in the quran, harun yahya its nice,
One God for all of us
he created us all and can revive us again,
      God initiated everything,
& he repeat/redo things too, & thats clear, we see many cycles of different things in life, also in summer for example the desert land becomes like empty and is filled with only sand, and when rain falls in abundance in spring or winter, after that small flowers & wild plants grow again, also, we see how humans and animals grow and how their body is formed from the elements which were in the sand which plants feed on which they eat, and after they die they go to the sand and their atoms/elements are taken by plants which humans & animals eat and their bodies grow from those atoms & elements found in the sand which came from previous humans & animals which died before, so God can bring us again after we die even if our atoms became in the sand he can make us from the same atoms we were made of or from other atoms if he want or make us be in a spirit form or like ghosts, any ways, everything in this life is recycled, learn if you want about the different cycles in life in nature, the food cycle or food chain, the water cycle, even the gas cycle that makes the air the oxygen &carbon dioxide &nitrogen cycles, even the energy is like recycled but only changes from form to another form.
Anyways,, God created this life but it's only a temporary sample/an example of a coming everlasting one
which could be either in heaven paradise or in hell.
If we try to be good humans in life, and try to obey God and his messengers-including the final messenger for all humanity the prophet Mohammed- and those whom rightly represent them, for example imam Ali & ahlulbayt the family/good descendants of the prophet mohammed, then we will all go to heaven/paradise, if not then we will go to hell fire and burn in it forever.
keep shining sunshine &spread the light

Jenn: you've come such a long way. I remember the video when Ben proposed to you and how happy you were. Then you were so shocked with the positive pregnancy test and crying so much. Look at how you adapted to all of those life changes!
I have always done facials (every 5 weeks), massages (every 5 weeks), pedicures (every 6 weeks), haircuts (every 6 weeks) and waxing (every 6 weeks) since I was in my 20s. Women who couldn't understand why I was doing these always referred to me as a selfish person., including my mother. I found that those that couldn't afford these services or didn't even want them were the negative commentators.
I said screw it and kept on receiving these services. I always felt like I was taking care of me. I always felt WORTHY-and still do- of all of these gifts. I'm still going strong 30+ years later.

I swear these videos always come at the perfect time! I was listening to Andrew Huberman's podcast about a growth mindset and focusing on prioriizing effort/time rather than the behavior. So like instead of "I have clear skin" - think of the effort you put in to get there: dermatologist appointments possibly, skin care routines, water, sleeping, nourishing the body, etc. I immediately thought of Jenn's lifestyle and it was written in the stars that todays video is about that! I can't wait to watch :) Will update on my thoughts haha
Edit: I finished watching the video and it was so amazing to see all the different ways you invest in yourself! From the teeth cleaning, facials, and massages to the nails and meditation- it was so lovely!! One thing I started doing was picking up those creative writing prompts books from Barnes and Nobles and at first just filling it out during times when I feel like i'm mindlessly doing something for too long. It helps me recenter, channel my boredom into a more helpful activity, and often times i can get back on track with what I acually want to do!

I hate to leave negative comments on videos and I love jenn's channel, but honestly this type of video just makes me question if i'm doing things wrong since i don't have money for like any of this stuff. I do wish she'd acknowledge that not everyone can afford to get regular facials, therapy, dentist appointments, nails, and massages, let alone all of them.

Everyone's self-care routine is different. You do not have to do all these things in order to care for yourself. I think it makes her look more humanizing and transparent. So many times you see influencers looking so photogenic, put together, and natural but they never talk about how much they put into their maintenance. You might think she's naturally this way, but there is so much maintenance, cosmetic surgeries, botox, makeup, etc. that people will do to look put together. Just think of it as she's being open and honest.

this is a bit of a strange comment because it's the same as if someone was doing an apartment tour and you needed a disclaimer that not everyone can afford a nice house and fancy appliances? Seeing that can also make you feel like you are doing things "wrong". She has worked hard for the life she has now and so it makes sense she has the money to invest in her home, her self, her life. It is natural that not everyone can afford these self care things, just as it is natural not everyone can afford nice appliances or a nice home, some people cannot afford nice groceries. If it makes you feel like you are doing things "wrong", that is a reflection for yourself.

In case Jenn doesn't answer, my sister has a similar time commitment of self-care activities, and it's an easy answer- her husband cares for their child when she's off doing her own stuff! Ben seems like even more of an active parent than my sister's husband lol, so it's not hard for me to imagine that he picks up a lot of the slack that MOST (not all) male parents don't tend to do. Also I'm pretty sure Jenn's parents live close by now and help out with Lennon somewhat frequently. Basically it takes a village! But I'd be curious to know if they have a nanny as well! Edit: saw Jenn comment that she has a nanny too~

I was curious too, though no judgement towards Jenn because I'd love to have this routine too someday! And I have nothing better to do so I did the math for recurring costs + the "one time" costs like the Adanola clothing (if it had been purchased and not gifted) and hair products, even though they probably are recurring at least twice a year as well. Guessed on the lower end of some services based on LA prices, like $150/mo gym membership and $120/mo for a mani/pedi, and had no idea how much a root touchup with Anna costs but estimated at $250 per session though it's probably more lol. Anyway, I came to a result of about $12k USD/year and the one-time things $689. (Though the gifted Adanola products were $546 of that total.) I also guessed a cost of $150/session for therapy although that may be covered by her insurance. And I estimated an out of pocket cost of $150/cleaning for 2 dental cleanings, since most insurance plans only cover 2 cleanings a year. That was a fun hour of my life LOL hope it helped somebody. Goals for sure! I'm glad Jenn is transparent about these things and I hope she ignores the haters who are just jealous!

I would love to know your opinion on this if it is something that resonates with you. Since reading The Beauty Myth, I've had a bit of an internal conflict deciding whether I want to practise beauty regimes because it makes me feel good or because we've been told we should practise them so thus it's good for us. I guess sometimes I feel as if it's not necessarily our personal autonomy that has decided and then experience guilt from this! Thank you again X

As someone who doesn't have any kids yet but will start a family in less than a year, I am genuinely wondering how you balance childcare with the self care time? Does Ben take care of the baby while you do the self-care and meditation, or do you guys have a babysitter every day or just a few days a week? did you have to cut down on self care time since becoming a mom? just wondering what my life might look like once we have a baby. Maybe you can do a video on it. I know a lot of people who watch you are also women our age. Thanks!

Excellent content as always, Jenn! I see a chiropractor once a month that offers an additional massage element. It's AMAZING to have adjustments made with some elctrotherapy. Electrodes to the skin stimulates muscle contraction which loosens everything up prior to the massage element. The electrical impulses imitate brain signals and the natural way that the body should respond. The stimulation soothes the nerve endings, provides pain relief, and may also increase blood flow to speed up healing in injured tissues. Apart from therapy, it is by far my favorite form of self care maintenance. Highly recommend!

Thank you Jenn! These types of videos really do more than inspire me. I truly see self love at its peak and that’s just plainly beautiful ❤
Anyone who feels bad they can’t do this because of financial reasons, I understand and feel the same way. I wish I could tell you something meaningful but I just really felt the need to share and relate.

Hey Jen! I'm a mom of an almost 2.5 year old son. We are now expecting another but I was wondering..when you workout daily, does Ben watch Lennon? I guess it's easier for you guys if he also works from home! I feel like I have no time to go daily to work out so I haven't been. But do you and Ben take turns/swap and when you're done your stuff you watch Lennon and Ben will work out for example? Thanks! 😊❤

A physician friend told me that the shampoo opens up the hair cuticles to be able to clean it and the conditioner is supposed to close them and seal the moisture. So it's important to use conditioner even if you use a hair mask!

as a fellow asian a can confirm that touch is not a way to show love in our household haha. you better do something for someone (act of service) or buy something (gift). but my husband is turkish and they are PHYSICAL with their kids, so for him touch is super important. and sometimes it is a problem.
so here is my question: how do you and Ben maintane this? do you try to show each other love through each others love languages? or you do something else?

i’d love to get a massage but i’m scARED of being touched 🤣 maybe if i find a woman in the future I really like idk. When I was in high school I’d always get my nails done and it was nice while it lasted but I realized I wanted to be free and enjoy my natural nails and ever since I started consistently rubbing jojoba into my nails they’ve grown and maintained growth. it really works! still have more healing and growth to do but the fact i’m actually maintaining growth and they’re not cracking and snapping is a lot for me. i really want to start meditating/manifesting again it truly does being more peace and groundedness to my life. also yoga was really nice for me. stretching our fascia is so important. i need to take my own advice. also i’m considering ag1 it seems super convenient. your facials are amazing she is a face wizard!

I am the same, I somehow always have gotten a gel manicure done every month. Since I spend majority of my days at my desk, having my nails done all the time makes me feel clean and put together haha. Although, the downside is my nails are getting more weak as I don't take a break from gel manicures. I'm curious for you, what supplements do you take to keep your nails strong, long, and healthy?
