Based in Asia, and am running my first 50k (ultra) in about 8 hours. Wanted to find an old yin session from Travis and here is a new one, namaste! Will be sleeping well tonight for tomorrow morning run!!

Those long-held stretches can really help release tension and calm the mind. A 20-minute session is such a great way to carve out some self-care before bed.

So relaxing and over the years I have even started to enjoy deer pose as it seems to be in so many of the classes and it’s not agony anymore. Belly frogpose is also so comfortable and relaxing, I even do it in bed at night before falling asleep as it’s feels good.

I like the way we started with alternate nostril breathing like we do in the yin and tonic video. This video being 22mins is ideal for when I don't feel like a longer video. Thank you 😊 🙏
