    Based in Asia, and am running my first 50k (ultra) in about 8 hours. Wanted to find an old yin session from Travis and here is a new one, namaste! Will be sleeping well tonight for tomorrow morning run!!

    ChandraBedi Pranayama is great, also if you do so in the morning to help with and prepare for cortisol activity which comes with day time activity, Great Practice. Thank you

    Those long-held stretches can really help release tension and calm the mind. A 20-minute session is such a great way to carve out some self-care before bed.

    So relaxing and over the years I have even started to enjoy deer pose as it seems to be in so many of the classes and it’s not agony anymore. Belly frogpose is also so comfortable and relaxing, I even do it in bed at night before falling asleep as it’s feels good.

    It was a lovely surprise to find this new release. I was going to do your yin and tonic video,which is one of my favourites, but discovered this. I like the way we started with alternate nostril breathing like we do in the yin and tonic video. This video being 22mins is ideal for when I don't feel like a longer video.

    Great excercises but your voice is etter for daytime yoga,not soothing.
