There is no such thing as too much garlic. Lobster will always overpower the flavor and the two flavors combined are amazing especially with the butter. I am literally making this right now. You can always use how much you want or don’t want. ❤
Wow you did that! And then even showed folks how to eat it in case they didn't know. Only thing left is maybe a little bit of low volume elevator music🎶 definitely for my recipe collection😊
That de-glaze with the lemon juice. Spot on. Gimme all that flavor. Edit- You have less than 2k subs? WtF? Thats a bang up job with the tails. Keep it up bruh. You got this.
I use high if available. Every broiler is different, so the time may vary depending how hot it gets and how close you can position the oven racks. I tried in an electric oven and it took longer than my gas one
Thanks for the video especially the process of separating the meat from the shell. But I didn't like it. Lemon juice was too much and masked the real taste of lobster tail.
IDK that's 6 to 7 minutes under a broiler. Seems way too long for lobster. Steaming would only be 8 minutes max and that's much less intense heat that broiling. Same for grilling, 6 to 8 minutes and a grill is less intense heat than a broiler. I don't know, I've never broiled lobster, but 6 to 7 minutes seems like too long and would result in the dreaded "chewy" or "tough" texture.
You : "I dunno, I've never broiled lobster" Me: "I dunno, how bout you stfu then?" How hard is that😂 If you have done it, speak on it, if you haven't... stfu.
Apologies for being a dick, I'm just doing this tomorrow for valentine's day. I've roasted many a lobster tail. It's a solid method. Especially the sauce. Absolutely fantastic. If you have a better method, well then we all would appreciate it now wouldn't we? Perhaps a minute or 2 less in the broiler? Let us all know what you come up with.
Every broiler is different. I would check every few minutes if it runs hot and you're worried about overcooking. If it runs cool, you can always cook longer
This is a good technique video but why ruin the amazing taste of the lobster with all that garlic? Lobster has too delicate a flavor doe all that garlic.
I don't like it. So enjoy it being in your refrigerator. I have the love of Jesus in my heart. I got the joy joy joy joy joy down in my heart found in my heart down in my heart I got the joy joy joy joy joy down in my heart down in my heart to stay or I'm so happy so very happy I got the love of Jesus in My heart Lord I'm so happy so very happy I got the love of Jesus in my.
By far the best video on how to cook lobster tails. I could taste it. Well done! 😊
This video 😅 is professionally outstanding! It's great to learn how to cook a lobster 🦞😁 tail!
I have used this technique and it works well!

Just wanted to see how it came out. Also, Happy New Year to you.
Lobster will always overpower the flavor? WTF? Lobster, like shrimp and tofu has at best mild to no flavor. It isn't going to overpower anything,.
Simple and fast like I like them!😂
I just cooked this for my wife and me. It was amazing, thank you!
This recipe is the food of the gods!
Mmm! It looks good and delicious. Thanks. Very easy. Love it.

For the broil do you set on low or high?
Love this…
Drawn butter boo.
I must have missed the part when the lobster was cooked. I stumbled on this video looking on how to cook it( in a pan, or air fryer or oven)
The pan goes directly under the broiler 👍
Did you broil on high or low?
I broil on high
Looks good, but can you make your text font any smaller?
😳😁😉🤔
I almost had to break out my magnifying glass to read it!
Good ❤️👍
I prefer just melted butter on the side for dipping.
Can we use the dried parsley ?
Yes you can use dried. It'll still be very good 👍
TY❤
DAMN IT MY MOUF IS WATERING
Thanks for specifying what to do with the vein, everyone else completely neglects that detail.
No one ever mentions what temperature to broil low or high so frustrated

The meat looks yellow

You need to explain, talk 😮
Foreign video. Not english
Butter got way too hot and way too much parsley.
This is a good technique video but why ruin the amazing taste of the lobster with all that garlic? Lobster has too delicate a flavor doe all that garlic.
You’re wrong, garlic and lobster taste great together
Tastes like garlic.. not good. Lobster needs a simple, delicate sauce.
Luv garlic.
