This looks really informative and delicious and I will definitely try it. However, I will say I found the background music very monotonous and disruptive and could not watch it a second time. Please reconsider that part of your presentation. Thank you for taking the time to put this together and for your wonderful info.
You were actually supposed to keep the under belly of the lobster to hold the shell in place. That’s why your shell keeps flopping down. But other than that great job. I use gloves as well .

They defrost pretty quickly. If they're ready before you are, just put them in the refrigerator so they don't go bad.

Thaw them out in cold water , there ready to be cooked when you can easily bend the lobster
