I blanch for 5 min but still lobster moving. I think water not hot enough? Then we add back to water still moving around coming out I push back in over over. We try to turn heat but water no boiling.

Hi Joy, yes if you don't have marjoram you can modify the recipe with the ingredients that you have. For example you can use parsley, chives, origano, coriander.
Lobster fits in with my ketovore diet. I have one policy regarding lobster- NEVER share it! There is never enough, especially without those high carb accessory "filler-foods". Awesome recipe and chef's execution- perfection!
After making this for my mom on mother's day I am definitely glad I did. This was phenomenal and is now a dinner I will be making again when I need something for a romantic evening.
