1. Sleep in the pitch dark. Close all the curtains and wear eye mask. Switch off or dim your room lights 1 hour before sleep.
2. Avoid technology 1 hour before sleep. Ideally do it by 9 pm to sleep by 10pm.
3. Take hot foot baths by soaking your foot for 15 minutes in a tub or bucket filled with warm water upto 12-15 inches.
You can also take hot shower bath before sleep.
4. Take dinner 2-3 hours before sleep. If you can't avoid then don't consume Protein,lentils,heavy grains in dinner instead take vegetables.
5. Don't bring worries,anger with you at bed. Relax your body before sleeping.

Spend most of the time in standing during day time and lie down only when you want to sleep. It will secrete the sleep hormones effectively and result in deep sleep.

You can add one more thing to this list. Consume badam rogan with hot milk (1/2 cup) as the last thing after dinner around 7 pm. Before sleeping put 2-3 almond oil drops (badam rogan). This is an unsolicited advice. I’m not a medical professional but this thing has worked for me personally.

I am so lucky, I have deepest sleep , I never wake up for single time throughout my sleeping hours ,I sleeps within one or two minutes or maximum 5 minute.and even loud speaker and light can't affect my sleep.

You buy always seasonal fruits it's really very cheap maximum 30-40 rupees kg ,and sometimes 10-20 rupees kg ..and for salad eat cucumber and if possible then eat tomatoes also . I also not afford but I always eat 1 or 2 apples or any other fruits which is in season.

Hello mam , my sister age 20yr who's been preparing for competitive exams from past 3 yrs sitting at home hence her physical activity is 0 . Till now she was having periods every month with normal flow but from past 2 months she found that her flow is less that that she was having before. She got diagnosed with Hydrocolpos last month and doctor said that right now no need to do anything as there's no symptoms of pain and amenorrhea. Now she's very much worried about hydrocolpos. Please help us what should we do now? Is this problem can be corrected with physical activities. If yes then what exercise should we start doing.

Foods to avoid stop using any oils for cooking even if it's olive oil stop using added sugars or sweeteners, stop using Sesame seeds, mustard Seeds, and coconuts completely even in cooking.
Then you will see lots of improvement.
Also keep in mind No Meat No Dairy No Eggs No Fish as part of the meal. No Ghee No Butter No Yogurt No Cheese.

I have tried to keep it dark with curtains and also sleep mask. I. have my dinner around 6 pm. I don't use my phone after 8:30p.m. I shower between 8-8:30pm with lukewarm water. We have family devotion at around 8:30-9:00pm. Between 9:00-9:15 i brush, put on moisturizer, have half a cup of water and go to bed. Still my sleep is always disturbed. Apart from all these I have tried supplements like Ashwagandha, Magnesium etc. Still my sleep is disturbed. Some nights i fall asleep as soon as I get in bed and wake up by 3 am and can't go back to sleep. And some nights if i don't fall alseep within 15 minutes of getting to bed i struggle falling asleep. At around 11 i will doze off at best and will still be awake at 3:30. I am fed up of my life.
I have no other stress as such. I work in state govt...reasonable workload. I have no grudges with anyone. This lack of sleep for 3 years now is really irritating. I exercise too but due to poor recovery no gains 🥲
If you are going to bed at 9 and waking up at 3:30 its already more than 6 hrs of sleep. So no need to worry if you are taking more than 6 hrs sleep everyday
Please take melatonin supplement for 1 month..I also have sleep issue I'm ayurveda student our body has malatonin harmone which induce sleep at night.. melatonin only secret during night time in dark.. with refference of Dr you can take melatonin Harmone supplement this medicine doesn't have any side effects and they are non addictive.. I'm taking melatonin 3 mg it is totally safe
