Overthinkers can record themselves. They can speak their thoughts out in a voicenote and later come back to that. It can so happen that you'll laugh at your silly thoughts that how this thought came into my mind; and hence you'll be normal about that thought and not overthink that again if it comes into your mind. However, thoughts can be serious enough to slow down your processing of the mind as it can rent itself in your mind. But always remember that your mental health is more important than random thoughts. Also talking with a trustworthy and non judging friend helps. And if you're not blessed with such friends, there's always 4 people who will listen to u: parents, God and yourself (try that voicenote thing). Give up the thought that people will judge you. Believe me, they will if u do something or don't. Take that decision. Hope this helps. After writing all this, i'm just thinking if i should add this to comments or not but as this video says enjoy uncertainty so here it goes. ❤❤❤

Increase your physical activity just make yourself so tired till night that once you lay on your bed your brain will shut down automatically. This is because doing physical activity increase your sleep drive and once your sleep drive is very high you will fall asleep no matter how much you overthink. Also you can try listening to calm music so your mind don't overthink.
