यह तो सबको पता है कि सुबह जल्दी उठना बहुत अच्छी बात है। आपने कईं बार try किया होगा। ढेर सारे alarms लगाए होंगे, सुबह जल्दी उठ कर क्या करना है यह भी decide किया होगा। मगर क्यों जैसे ही alarm बजता है तो सब भूल जाते हैं और कम्बल से प्यारा और कुछ नहीं लगता?

Mere bete ki school bus hi 5:50am ko aati hai toh mujhe 4 o clock ko uthana hota hai…. Humare ghar par toh mere dono bete 5 baje se pehle uth jaate fir chahe wo sunday kyun na ho….humari habit ho chuki hai aur subah jaldi uthne ka sabse best part mujhe yeh lagta hai ki mujhe sunrise dekhne milta hai!!!!

Humare bachche 11 baje se pehale sote hi nahi!!! Mujhe punctuality follow karna ye pehale se pasand hai par mere husband businessman h aur wo kabhi ye follow nahi karte!!!!par mai apne bachchon ki studies aur ghar ko priority deti hu… ghumna firna nahi…isiliye mere dono bete icse board me h aur dono class me top par hai discipline me bhi aur sincerity me bhi….mere kuch friends hai unhe bachcho k projects complete karwane se jyaada kitty party aur ghumna jyaada prefer karte hai aur isse unke bete class me na rules follow karte hai na hi studies me dhyaan dete hai….bachchon ko achche sanskar dene k liye parents ko pehele rules follow karne hote hai!!!

I sleep at 10 pm and wake up at 4 am. Then I do half hour yoga, then I do my half hour regular exercise and then I do my dumbell exercise. Then I have warm water and then I chew some curry leaves and then I do my daily chorus. I m 23 and I m enjoying my life in a discipline way

2nd- 3 day juice fasting no solid food only juice.

In Islam, we have to wake up almost an hour and 20 mins before the sunrise to pray fajar. Although the duration may vary but one has to pray fajar before sunrise. So it's automatically a lifestyle practice if one obeys this rule of Islam.
I am not bringing here the religion to cause conflict but generally sharing my experience as a Muslim after learning the importance of waking up before sunrise called as Brahma Muhurta in this video.
