Thank you Midas! 🙏On May 19th this year I started with level 1. I hadn’t worked out in 5 years. It took me three days to do L1 with out breaks. 54 workouts later and today is my first time doing L1-3 non stop (amongst other workouts). I’m a 39/m and was 240lbs, now 210lbs. This really works! 💪
I just started Level 1 and I think these are great. I plan on trying to do each level for 2 weeks and try to finish them all if I can. Thanks for sharing.
Idk what it is but level 2 hurt my arms/shoulders only, but this one tested my abs alot more. Like level 1 was harder abs wise than level 2 to me. Great workout even a year later. Thank you!

My stomach has a lot of body fat on it so I started at level 1, but my abs must be abit more capable than they look externally as I breezed through it. HOWEVER this one did me in after doing your 20 mins back and 20 mins chest work outs. Cheers lad love the vids !

Without a decent diet, the training won't help much. I do this exercise 2-3 times after eAchother every day in the morning at night I do 45-60 minutes of cardio/HIIT every 2-3 days I then do some weighted abs workouts then Sunday rest day
@@KV-oo3no like if I see abs? Not yet, man. I see a LITTLE outline, but I could just be imagining it lol. I knew it was time to move on after I noticed that the workout wasn't challenging me, that it doesn't hurt to do those workouts already.
I like the way you split these into several difficulty levels, it makes following along easier and more fun.
I believe not everyone will always be at the same fitness levels so doing it this way just made sense to me. Thanks for following along :)
