I think the common ones for me are about periods. Like "can't you just hold it in?" No dude, I can't hold it in. Believe me life would be so much easier if I could.
Another one is "still/again?" when I tell them I'm on my period. Seriously, I had a guy genuinely confused that I had my period because, and I quote, "didn't you have it 5 MINUTES ago?" Yes it usually lasts longer than 5 minutes no matter how much I wish it would only last 5 minutes.
Also, "just pee out all the period blood". Yeah, I'll get right on that.
Oh and another fun one: "Girls can only get pregnant while they're on their period". No literally it is one of the only times where it's almost a guarantee we won't get pregnant.
Yeah, exactly. The get pregnant on period. Okay, there is a CHANCE you can get pregnant afterward if you do have sex on your period, because sperm stays in your body for 5 days, but not actually on your period.
There is this boy in my class
Context: he was absent from school 2 days in a row and my friend (a girl like me) asked him why he was absent
He proceeds to give us VERY graphic details about how liquidic his diarrhoea was
"I felt like a girl" he said
We ask him what he meant and he tells us that "girls pee out if their bums"
I think he only believed us when we corrected him when he saw the utter shock and disbelief on our faces
He then asked some of the other boys in class about it
Manz thought we pee out of our bums and I forever cry laugh at that

In middle school during science we were labeling organs in body systems and a boy said that women pee from their uterus 😂

when a woman is pregnant the baby will be in the womb also called the uterus, the bladder stores the pee and when you’re
bladder is full you will need to empty the bladder by peeing.

OK this video just proves that we need more sex Ed classes and classes that teach things like this because I’m in sixth grade and you cannot pass middle school in my area without having a personal development class which teaches life lessons and teaches about periods pregnancy birth. And sex let’s just say the boys were stunned the entire time

in 5 grade when we had our puberty classes they separated the boys and the girls and we couldn’t tell anyone about anything cuz we never needed to know how their stuff works right
I remember being separated in school to get the talk abt periods and I knew a lot so I wasn’t paying attention, the entire time I was thinking why separate us bc boys should know more about woman and vice versa

Actually, my dad is the one that explained periods to me because my mom was feeling awkward about it (but she was the one that explained how to use pads, tampons, etc.)
okay but i used to also think periods were like peeing 😖 in my defense, my mom couldn’t explain it well due to her uterus being removed because of something inside it that was super dangerous if it wasn’t removed, so it had been like almost 11 years by the time that I got my first period 😂
I thought you peed, and then bled with the pee, and then you’re done until you go again, and it’s like that for about a week. I thought pads were like if some blood trickled out or just something random that I wouldn’t understand until I was much older

I do absolutely feel bad for guys, seriously they should be taught this stuff so the stigma of periods being dirty or gross stops. Okay, yes, sometimes periods are gross, but it should be something men know about and are taught properly about.
I love how you throw just the right amount of shade at guys when they don't understand how a pad is put on underwear or other things that just don't make sense. We really need to educate men on the female reproductive systems and how it works (not saying women know everything about the male reproductive systems, I don't know if we all know everything either tbh)

a boy walked up to me the other day and told me that i shouldn't need to go to the bathroom if i had a tampon in because " nothing could get past the tampon because theres only one hole". he then proceeded to tell me that you don't need to take tampons out, they dissolve and once they dissolve you're done with your period for the whole month 🤦♀️🤦♀️.

Like I get embarrassed when my dad starts talking about when I’m going to get my period and everything ( I have not gotten it yet) but then I realize how thankful I am that he’s not just putting it in the back of the closet and he actually knows how to deal with it and help me ( my mom does not live with me I still see her but I probably will not be at her house when I get it)
