@@Atlasintokyo I know when I got my first period I was at school and I couldn’t move or walk and I went to the nurse and she didn’t send me home but she sent my friend home earlier when all my friend had was a tiny paper cut. I was so mad and my cramps were unbearable
I used to watch these all the time in 2019 (I was 7 or 6) I loved them for some reason I watched the one on the plane!!

Earlier at school today, there was a period bin that is normally attached to the wall sitting on the floor. I just went to a different stall and ignored it as some elementary kids were washing their hands.

Plants high in protein are dairy free soy milk, whole wheat pasta, lentils, brown rice, beans, frozen yellow corn, frozen green peas. Plants that give you high iron are kale, broccoli, green peas, whole wheat pasta, black beans, pinto beans, brown rice, and spinach. So her low iron and low protein isnt due to her NOT eating meat. I get a ton of iron and protein with just plants. It isn't because she was a vegetarian. I know. I am mainly a plant eater. Animal products high in protein are dairy milk, eggs, and cheese. I was a vegetarian for a long time.
hey sharon! so, i can’t claim as a girl who suffers from anemia because i haven’t been to the doctor in 10 years, so no medical diagnosis. however, i can safely say i was deficient of most nutrients. i was of healthy weight, but i was not getting even half of my daily vitamins or minerals, including iron. suffered from feeling really faint after suddenly standing up, limbs would randomly go numb and collapse. and to answer your inquiry abt period skips… yup! i still got mine, but it was unhealthily irregular even years after starting it. and when i did. get it, it was horribly heavy and painful, the only cure was to practically knock myself out with a dose of pamprin to numb the pain.
i’ve contributed that to my iron deficiency… and overall nutrient deficit, because once i started eating nutrient dense foods, taking vitamins to catch my body up, and taking iodine to balance my thyroid, my periods became regular, and transitioned from heavy to light-light enough that most cycles, i don’t even need any period products!

@@itzneonblueotherchannel2921 i’m aware of that, and i’m hoping to remedy it in the next year! just didn’t have the money for good insurance where we lived, and my household was so busy we simply didn’t have time. no ill will towards my parents, i love them and they tried their best to raise me healthily despite not going to the doctor regularly (they did take me when i was sick with smth more than a cold or flu though).
just wanted to clarify that it wasn’t due to not caring to go, just didn’t have the means 😅

You have to deliver a placenta right after the baby. Mine fell apart and they had to get up there and get it out manually. You can also donate it afterwards for medical use.
if they aren't breathing pat them on back gently to make the baby cry. when a baby cries when first born thats how you know the baby is breathing

So i was 13 and at school when i started my period🩸……So i told my teacher and she yelled to the whole class,oh your on your period🩸…and i was like embarrassed because the whole class new now,but after that she let me go to the bathroom and i realize I bled through my pants and then I went back class and there was blood 🩸 on my chair😢i almost cried😢
4 years ago I was like 4 weeks pregnant and and I didn’t even know I was pregnant until I got admitted to the hospital for depression. But I saw this episode and it traumatized me for a whole year I’ve had nightmares about it

Cramps can be as painful as a heart attack. I don’t think you need to see a doctor unless you’re concerned that something is wrong.

hey sharon! i have a first experience tampon story , so it was summer and i was gonna go to family and swim at their house , but i was on my period and used pads. my mom suggested using a tampon if i really wanted to swim and i did she guided me but i said that something was blocking it and it was kinda an oh well situation. i sobbed loudly in their house , while everyone else had fun swimming !

Now, because periods tend to be very irregular at first, you may not get your period for another couple of months, but don't worry, because it's perfectly normal! :D

I have a story. So, it was a normal day on a school trip when we were about to leave but first I had to pee. I looked in my pants then I saw blood. I had to cool and wait until we were there. One hour later, I told the female teachers and they helped me all cool. I took the longest out of everyone to finish. When I got out, literally I felt like everyone knew because I'm not popular but then also the girls be asking me if I could sit with them. I told my roomate and I shouldn't cuz she says it like it's a planet.' periood' After the trip I told my other friends and they all were shocked as it was the best time for the teacher to talk about perids. About half of the girls now know because I only told Emily, Anayah and Amrita. I also stink.
