Dear Sir, I used to follow your valuable advices. I am 43 years old male & In last 3 month I lost 12 kg from 86 kg to 75kg. My height is 175 cm. I am doing regular walk of 8 km daily and try to maintain my avg heart rate between 125-135. I maintain my daily calorie within 1000 Kcal low carb & fat & high protein veg / non veg diet and also take 25 gm protein powder daily. In dinner I used to take 200ml milk & 50 gm poneer. I want to lose 7kg more weight i.e. fat very soon but finding difficult, pl advice.

2.ab jab hum exercise ek baad agar protein le rhe hai to wo glucose me kaise use ho sakti h,wo to amino acid hai na,glucose thode na hai.

Not all you see is truth...post workout protein consumption depends on intensity of workouts and physical conditions but advised to take protein within 30 min of workouts...and it is good for muscle building....
